There was loads of Bristol Rovers at Fleetwood, in the club bar and around town.

Made for a good day all round, nice when fans can mix and usually you can at Highbury, like to think we are pretty good at facilitating that.

Fleetwoods club house is probably the best in the league which is good because there's sod all anywhere near it.

I'd go along with that, Fleetwood made us feel very welcome in their bar.

Total allocation was 2.5k for us last week. Cracking following from Bristol rovers to take that many. Bristol city certainly wouldn't take that many

In our only league trip to Fleetwood we had 885, and on our last two trips to Walsall 1,979 and 1,312.

Chatting shite.

Only that high cos it was your 1st ever visit that was rovers 3rd visit in 5 years. Compare it to your nearer trip to huddersfield what was it 590 odd. They are gonna take 2.5k to Walsall by the sounds of it too not 1300, even the 1900 one was only that high because that will of been your league winning season.

You're comparing one following a week before christmas, give over.

Standard following up north is about 750. Gas haven't played at Walsall for six years so it works both ways.

Fleetwood was a decent following yes, but what you said is nonsense. You don't realise what's currently happening at Rovers, they've had back-to-back promotions the last couple of years, some new investment and will probably finish top half in League One for the first time in what, seven years? It's no surprise their numbers are up this year in comparison with recent years where they haven't been successful.

Shrewsbury fans - suggest some cracking pubs for this Saturday please.
the only one within reasonable distance Hurrikeen is The Charles Darwin, approx 10 mins walk, unfortunately this is one of those lego grounds built with supporters interests at the bottom of the scale, nothing around it at all.
Try this link , literally 10 mins walk and if you in car they let you park on the pub car park. No mither , a mixture of home and away fans.

Cheers.

Yeah, a bit of research tells me that we will be drinking near the train station and towards Belle Vue(?) and notably The Prince of Wales.

If you're looking for within walking distance of the ground, as well as Charles Darwin already mentioned there is the Brooklands on the Meole Brace island. Recently been taken over and looking to "push" the sport side of things. Wouldn't describe it as cracking, but marginally closer to the ground than Darwin. Charge £5 for parking.

A few away fans have been known to go to The Prince of Wales in Belle Vue where they run a coach up to the ground and back. This is just outside the town centre. In the town The Salopian should let you in if you're not in a big group. Ales on offer and the lunchtime games. Downside is that it's a taxi ride up from the town centre to the ground.

Yeah, think we might try and get on that coach from the POW.

What pub would you suggest that's closest to the train station for us to frequent and watch Spurs trounce City at 17:30?

It's probably about a 15 minute to Belle Vue from the station, but heading in the right direction for the ground.

I'd suggest The Salopian if there's a small number of you. It's about a 5 minute walk to the station from there. Could try a taxi from the ground to there or the return bus to POW (goes straight after the game) and walk up into the town. The town itself is a bit shit for showing live games. Mainly weatherspoons type establishments or cocktail bars.

1900 sold for MK on Saturday. Expect we'll get to around 2,500 by Saturday, maybe a few more. Not bad considering our woeful form.

980 Bolton in a crowd of 7,149 at Crystal Palace. Unfortunate result but a valiant performance. Game changed when they brought a £30 million pound striker off the bench in Benteke.

Cracking following was hoping you might win to keep you a bit distracted from the league. Oh well

Been allocated 2377 at Peterborough although I've been told it's likely we can have more when we sell those. Pretty sure that side doesn't hold that many so I'm guessing that's part behind the goal too.

The side holds about 1700. You'll have approximately a third of the stand behind the goal aswell like Northampton did.

Someone who works at the lane tells me we may get up to 4k. So I'm presuming that's the rest behind the goal. Do you not have season ticket holders in there?

It's only £20 a ticket too when it's £23 in the side normally so maybe you've just given us behind the goal to start with.?
