Fair enough. I think we will definitely get something from the game tomorrow so you may have a chance
I think Morecambe fancy themselves to get a win tomorrow. Dons seem completely out of confidence. And we feel like we should win (but possibly won’t). I can see all of us failing to win and MK Dons sneaking it on GD which would be incredibly frustrating.

For the last time this season ...

Sunday 7th May 2023
Barnsley 0-2 Peterborough United | 14,419 [1,932]
Bristol Rovers 2-3 Bolton Wanderers | 10,085 [1,269]
Burton Albion 0-0 MK Dons | 5,021 [1,623]
Cambridge United 2-0 Forest Green Rovers | 7,493 [260]
Cheltenham Town 2-2 Charlton Athletic | 5,336 [936]
Exeter City 3-2 Morecambe | 7,386 [658]
Fleetwood Town 2-2 Ipswich Town | 4,979 [1,350*]
Lincoln City 1-0 Shrewsbury Town| 9,124 [617]
Oxford United 1-2 Accrington Stanley | 10,499 [265]
Port Vale 1-3 Plymouth Argyle | 11,998 [3,926]
Portsmouth 2-2 Wycombe Wanderers | 18,286 [951]
Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 Derby County | 33,413 [2,373]

Just missing Ipswich at Fleetwood. They initially sold out, but then given extra tickets, so unsure what they ended up with. Any ideas?

Nit picking, but 1623 from MK at Burton, according to the local Police twitter.
1698 was the number MK said that they had sold.

Whatever. they made a real row all game in support of their team. Excellent support/noise knowing that they were going down, although how they didn't score at least once is one of the mysteries of the universe.

Our game today had one of the highest U’s home fans for many years. As we normally give the south stand to away fans, that normally takes 1,500 off our total home capacity (of 8k) so we are normally capped at 6,500 U’s.

Today because the FGR following was lower we were able to get their returns and forced their fans into a tiny section of the south Habbin, and we filled the south stand ourselves. 7,233 U’s there today, most I can remember since possibly pre the south stand being built.

Superb numbers from us there, outside the big clubs pretty much the highest of the rest, despite our awful form.

Had a feeling Plymouth would beat us to fourth place with their following at Port Vale, but at least we held off Portsmouth

Some decent numbers across the board there. Nothing anyone hasn’t said before but Plymouths support for the distance is incredible really. They were an absolute credit yesterday.

Finally, average away visiting home stadium. MK will certainly miss those numbers next season ...

That will drop for us next year as the away allocation of 4000 will drop to 2500ish with the stand move so Derby/Wednesday/Bolton won’t be bringing anywhere near as many as this season.

Great work. 14th seems to be a familiar place this season.
I think it was our highest average home attendance since the 60s.
Wouldn't be surprised if it was our highest away average too.
Things are definitely looking up.

Echo the comments above. Thanks for your hard work with this all season. Same to Stroud for his efforts earlier this season with his graphs, wherever he may be.
