Blackpool have sold 4,000 tickets already for Saturday. Had some big away followings at the Tough Sheet this season. Derby brought 3k, Carlisle 4,4lk and even little Wigan brought nearly 4k (they were given 4,700) . No one has sold out yet, maybe Portsmouth will if they don't change the kick off time for Sky, I am not a fan of the big away followings, we nearly always lose. That end should be half full of Bolton fans like back in the day, These large turn outs will have boosted the average home attendance by about 2k after the Blackpool game is factored in,

Having been denied the opportunity to take another big following on the road after the postponement of our trip to Oakwell, we’ll be selling out our 2k allocation for Blackpool on the first day (or two at a push) when they go on sale on Monday. Doesn’t sound like we’ll be getting any more, so there will likely be a blue or two in the home end at Bloomfield Road.

Our away average will be hit by our next couple of trips, Blackpool on Tuesday and Carlisle the week before Christmas. Shame Charlton was postponed due to the international break as tickets were selling well.
