How many Burton likely to bring here? over a thousand? You can practically walk it :2thumb:
Walk it? Who do u think I am? Ian botham....
I would say 1000 minimum. Took 915 to Chesterfield and you are closer as you say. Be nice if we are still top two for that game. U got rid of those bloody roof pillars yet?

Nah, and can't see it happened any time soon either. Don't bother me personally too much, I was in the away end recently when we had it against Brighton in the cup and the acoustics make up for the poorer view.

Looking forward to our game at your ground too, we will no doubt sell out and be a great booze.

Oh and we are two first teamers down for the fixture due to international duties, our GK and quality wing back, bit of a bastard really :bang:

A shame Tom Bradshaw hasn't had anything from Wales or we could have told the fixture to do one!

Walsall have sold their initial allocation of 350 for Wigan. An away following of 500-550 is expected by Wigan. I would think this is on the low side for a team doing well and who took 1800 to Blackpool. Attractive fixture, attractive prices and a team doing well? We will see tomorrow though but I think it's underestimated by the club.

It'll probably be around 700-1000 though we will sound like 500,000

Our attendances are still poor given a good start, slowly going up but the town is wank in getting behind us

1700 sold for tommorrow not the best of followings by any means. 1st match i will of missed so far this season as currently in portugal. Could really do with 3 points and another solid defensive display.

Bit surprised if that's true, 1,800 for Blackpool was a fantastic following. So to have a quarter of that despite doing very well in the league, I'm a bit surprised. Given Wigan is a much easier place to get to from Walsall than Blackpool is, DW is a much nicer stadium then Bloomfield and the pubs in Wigan are a lot better than the ones in Blackpool, add to that the glamour affect of Wigan being in the Premier League 2 years ago and winning the FA Cup, I'd have thought if anything they'd have brought more to us than to Blackpool. Or was there some special deal in place by the club for the Blackpool game?

The can't have taken over 1,000 extra just to ride donkeys on the beach, surely?

Blackpool is a far better away day than Wigan and the soulless DW.

748 Saddlers at Wigan.

Blackpool was an August bank holiday, makes all the difference for day-trippers.

Fans at Rochdale. No official figure yet, and I don't expect them to announce one either. I wouldn't want to either if there was more away fans than home.

All but two blocks of the 3,600 capacity stand, full.

To be fair, each block holds 500 ish, so over 2,500 isn't a bad following considering our dog shit form.

"......and we're off and running in the 457th Bradford Away Attendance Stakes, FIRTHY gets off to a flying start, but Westbars is pushing hard from the outside as we head to the first jump. FIRTHY clears magnificently as they round the bend and onto the straight....."

Well, why doesn't that surprise me? It's a Lancashire club.

What are you on about? It's not like you've ever been wrong before is it?

Rochdale's Saturday attendances make it extremely unlikely they had barely 2000 home fans against such illustrious opposition.
