Does anyone know the reasoning every away end must have a tv camera in it? It’s not applicable in L2.
The New TV deal means a minimum of 4 cameras per ground, so one in each end I guess

Most grounds I’ve observed do not have in every stand, but always in the away end even if it’s in the corner of a side stand like at Stockport.

I don't remember us having one in that area? Definitely had a temp gantry at the other end of the Pop Side, and in that unused corner next to the away blocks.

I haven’t been this season yet obviously but it was said your allocation is now 800 odd instead of 900+ due to a camera.

Not seen anything official for Stockport at Birmingham, did they sell out?

The difference between the announced attendance and actual turn out for Bolton on Tuesday is huge.

Another four figures from us, Charlton is already at 1000+ too.

Hudders, like Bolton as well from what I could judge on TV. Rotherham looked about 6k, suspect Reading was nearer that as well.

Exeter might be the real attendance, doubt the difference between tickets sold and attendance would be much at Stevenage in any event.

Yep our ground was half empty against Wigan, midweek sometimes throws up a terrible percentage of ST holders who don’t attend, I was there and Jesus it was a shocker as boring as anything I’ve seen this year. Those that chose to not attend probably chose correct.

I think ours was 500 or so over, lots of season ticket holders gave it a swerve but were still counted. It was a cold night and on Sky.

Apparently Hatters had a full allocation of 2227, anybody have an idea if they sold out. If they didn’t I suspect some folk will be claiming them ‘tin-pot’ in their away following.

Saw the away end on tv looked a few empty seats near corner but still looked a cracking away following. It’s weird because Huddersfield have taken good numbers everywhere bar Birmingham this year , yet I notice all clubs have taken good numbers to Birmingham bar us., what the appeal is I don’t know because I go every year because we play them every year and can honestly say it’s my least favourite away day of any club . I genuinely don’t see the appeal of going it’s an absolute hole and very likely the dumpiest area of any ground in the country , drove a few times and had my car completely vandalised one year.
Spoken to many of our fans that say the same an away day to miss .

Surely you've answered your own question? For a lot of clubs, they've not played Birmingham in ages, whereas you lot are playing them every season

It's probably because most teams in this division have either not played Birmingham for a good few years or it's a new ground for fans to go to which usually increases away numbers. Plus with the likelihood of Birmingham only being here 1 season people will make sure they go that away game.

On a smaller scale I’d say we have had some decent away followings at our place, probably for reasons mentioned above.
Birmingham is also not much of a trek for most in this league.

Just received our 1600 allocation for Peterborough on Boxing Day which will go rapid, is that the max you get?

There were definitely less than a hundred left a few days before the game, but we never rung the Sold Out alarm. Just have to wait until the figure appears in Saturday's programme I'm afraid

Stags have been given an allocation of 1626 for Peterborough on Boxing Day.
Is that the full allocation or is there possibility of more tickets?

Yep, that's it. Gone are the days of 3k allocations on the terracing behind the goal there!

We sold out initial allocation and asked for more and received I think just over 2200

May depend on home demand too, which will probably be higher for them on Boxing Day.

Reading only gave us an initial 500 tickets, we asked for more but only available when they sell out.

I understand in that sort of stadium it’s easier to sell in smaller batch, but you’ve gotta give at least double that initially surely.
