551 of us at Bradford for the rearranged paintpot game. Meh.

Well, it's been nice topping the away table for a couple of weeks (local/relatively local games ftw) but given we've been turd away from home so far we'll probably only take about 500 to Southend on Saturday so I think we might have to step down. We'll always have the memories.

An extra 500? They won't be for the same stand, given the stand was 70% full when we played em, and we apparently took 1,700! Whatever you take to a Lancashire club, they'll take at least 500-1,000 off to make their home support look marginally bigger.

487 Barnsley at Southend wondering why they bothered. I know it's not great, but I'm amazed we get the numbers we do considering how utterly wretched we've been away from home for as long as anyone supporting us can remember. The most away games we've won in a season while I've supported them is 7. Every other season it's 3-5. Would be some impressive numbers travelling if that changed (which it won't, ever).

Dale fans literally the worst in the league

They have about 2 songs as well to make it even worse.. "Up the Dale" and "Dale" is quite literally all they sing, awful atmosphere from them. All the atmosphere came from the Bury fans, it's not even just because it's Rochdale, they have awful fans

Fair enough effort by Rochdale, like you said they really don't have that many fans. Even when they do well home gates just don't boost significantly.

It's hard to get excited about playing you lot, every game between us recently has been dire. And as I said our current form is not good. I'm sure we would be in fine voice as well if we'd just won seven on the bounce and sat third in the league.
