I wonder how much we'll be offered for him in January.

‘Birmingham are you listening…’

Yes we were, and we're still laughing.

First half we played so well and two great goals. Then letting in 3 and loosing is unacceptable

Ranieri went with 4-4-2 again which doesn't suit our strengths generally and thanks to Villa being better in the first half the tinkerbot changed things nice and early for the second half so we could play to our strengths, namely high pressure and pace. Villa couldn't deal with it but despite that took a 2-0 lead thanks to a counter attack and Leicester not tracking back with any conviction (Gabby even had time to gesture 'where's my options' once he got down the left) but at this point Sherwood let things carry on. In his post match interview he put down the 3 goals to individual errors, and said at 2-0 with 20 minutes to go it should be game over. Yet at 2-0 Sherwood didn't change anything about his side and they inevitably conceded. I'm not saying he should have seen 3 goals coming, but he should have seen that the way we were playing would lead to a way back into the match, it wasn't as though we hadn't been knocking on the door before Villas second. Gil came off soon after his goal for Ayew, a striker. After De Laet put us back in the game he took off Agbonlahor for Gestede, another striker. Now I know that means he's just swapped attackers for attackers, but the way the game was being played it wasn't necessary to have two strikers on, even if Ayew was deployed wide, especially given the general lack of attacks Villa were having because they weren't dealing well enough bringing the ball out due to the pressing from Leicester. Then at 2-2 he brings on Hutton. Again a like for like replacement for Bacuna, but at this point all the momentum was with us anyway but perhaps bringing on more bodies to play in the middle and not allow us to play through as easily as we began to, with making Gestede or Ayew the late sub choice if you'd conceded the lead with maybe the hope to nik th lead back. At 2-0 I think if Sherwood believed the job was done, he should have made moves to shut us down as we were obviously still well in the game because we played the ball through the middle so easily. Maybe Veretout instead of Ayew in the first place to close down the space would have been the better option, hold onto the lead then if necessary bring on a striker late on.
Basically Ranieri changed the way we played when his initial approach didn't work. When Sherwoods initial approach stopped working he carried on with it. Another day it might have worked I suppose, but Sherwood didn't have any reaction when things changed. The goals weren't down to individual errors particularly, just him not changing the side to nullify us.

I felt a bit sorry for Micah Richards at the end, despite conceding 3 I think he played a good game, made some good tackles in dangerous situations and was the best of the defenders at dealing with the pacier players.

This is a fair assessment mate

Let's hope they're not all quite as disappointed as Tim cos if they are Villa might need to put them all in counselling for a week or two!
I think if he "ain't never felt this bad ever" then he must have had a pretty rosy life off the pitch. Maybe he needs to get in Adebayor just so he can put footy into context for him. And maybe score some goals for them too.
