If you had brought more than 170 odd you might have been allocated part of the Stacey West. With home tickets being as they are the club want to maximise the support as other clubs would do in similar circumstances.
But you’re club sold us tickets in the Stacey west, where there is no restricted view, then moved our supporters without notice to part of the ground where there was restricted view seats. I’ve just seen our supporters group have put in a complaint, with Lincoln.

“The Railwaymen have today sent a email of complaint into Lincoln City Football Club and the Football Supporters Federation.

The 2 complaints made in the email are
1 - not being situated in the stand as advised on the Matchday ticket.
2 - fans situated in the side stand having a restricted view of the match which wasn’t advised on the Matchday ticket due to being in the incorrect stand.

We have also kept Crewe Alex in the loop and they are aware of our complaint.

Once we receive full feedback on the above matters we will inform all members and Crewe Alexandra supporters.

In the meantime can we ask all fans who attended the game to fill out the FSF Fans Survey.

Thanks”

It was the same process last season, too, so it was little surprise you were back in there and although a small number of seats are restricted viewing there were plenty of other non-restricted view seats that could have been sat in, in the away end.

Rule of thumb has basically been if you're bringing less than 300/350, you get that end to allow more home supporters in, just like Saturday.

I doubt tickets could've been printed with that stand on either because the availability on that is left until the Thursday/Friday depending on away ticket uptake in the SW (unless we know the away side is likely to sell-out).

Yep, and am certain both clubs would have liaised with each other regarding tickets beforehand. It's the same scenario for most home games this season. As Luke says, there were enough seats to pick from that didn't have a restricted view out of around 400 allocated with you bringing less than 200.
