I imagine if they got an offer in the region of 1-1.2 billion (the Forbes valuation) then they'd give it serious thought.

Yeah maybe, I'd be reticent with a new change of owners though; FSG aren't perfect, but they do things the right way and have vastly improved Liverpool's commercially.

This day goes from bad to worse. Sky picking up a story rumouring a state-backed Chinese group is considering a stake in Liverpool. I really hope this doesn't happen.

Two things. Speaking personally I don't want Chinese state investment as they are evil c*** like the owners of City and Chelsea; and secondly even if they did come in, it's not Klopp's nature to fork out big bucks on big players, he buys small and turns them into those big players; so we don't need to do that to become competitive.

Apparently another of the Mansour clan, tried to buy Liverpool in January for £2bn. Really don't need that lot, or the Chinese coming in, though FSG are definitely looking for minority investors in the club to compete more with the oil-rich sides.
