Maybe one day the PL season will span a two year period and Liverpool will be great again.

Sigh. You're completely missing the point mate, deliberately one suspects. I'm referring to your claim that we're flat track bullies when the evidence, if anything, points to the exact opposite.

As for the result, it's annoying, especially given that their goal was clearly intended as a cross.
Just saw the goal. Oh Mignolet, Mignolet, Mignolet.

Example
Liv 3-0 Hudds
Liv 3-0 South
Liv 7-0 Marib
Liv 4-1 Wet Spam
So that's 4 games played against mediocre teams, 17 scored, 1 conceded. Overall +16 goals, pretty fierce.

Liv 0-5 Citeh
Liv 1-4 Spurs
Liv 0-0 Yernited
Liv 1-1 Chelsea
So that's 4 games played against good teams, 2 scored, 10 conceded. -8, not so fierce.

As you can see, flat track FC is real.

Right. So given that we have collected more points against the top teams than they all have, does that makes them flatter track bullies (tm) ?

We can only conclude at the end of the season.

United have the moral high ground here because we can't don't bully anyone anymore.

Given that we top the top 6 against top 6 table (consisting of Chelsea, Liverpool, United, Spurs, City and Arsenal) over the last two years, I have to question if you even know what the term 'flat track bully' means.

As for the result, it's annoying, especially given that their goal was clearly intended as a cross. But overall it was a fair result, with neither team really doing enough to justify being called worthy winners. A wasted opportunity with Spurs drawing though, we could have gone above them.

"For sure, it was a shot, no doubt," Willian told Chelsea TV.

"Some people ask, 'You want to cross or you want to shoot?' I said, 'Shoot, of course. Too much quality'."

Are you calling Willian a liar, mate?

A guid dram

Couldn't do nothing about it, he was in the right position for a normal cross or a shot on his goal but the skewed shot went the one place he couldn't reach. Didn't get the luck there but got it back against Stoke midweek.
