Both teams on 13 points from 3 wins, 4 draws and 2 losses. Couldn't be closer really. Liverpool still in the new manager honeymoon period, plus we're at home. Finger crossed we have a few key players back too, Sturridge in particular.

Going for a tight 2-1 to us.

Need to see who is going to be fit for this one first before I predict the scoreline as no doubt someone else will get injured before this one.

Can't see us getting anything here.

3-0 Liverpool. Hopefully Adz doesn't score.

Well Merseyside has never been a happy hunting ground for us. Our record there really is poor since I've supported the club.

Plus Clamity Kelvin will probably be in goal.

They like a draw though so you should at least entertain the possibility of getting a point.

Bordeaux 1-1 Liverpool
Liverpool 1-1 Norwich
Liverpool 1-1 Carlisle
Liverpool 3-2 Aston Villa
Liverpool 1-1 Sion
Everton 1-1 Liverpool
Tottenham 0-0 Liverpool
Liverpool 1-1 Rubin Kazan

Are they due another 1-1 any time soon?

I know you are just managing expectations because your new manager has had two pretty average results so far - but in all seriousness why would you take a draw, at Anfield, against Southampton?

Your comment would make more sense if the game was being play at St. Mary's.

Its still too early for Klopp's ideas to become embedded in the side, and with the injuries and those just coming back but not 100% yet, I just feel that against a good side like Southampton, they'll run up short, hence my prediction.

Anything other than victory would be disappointing if we had a proper fit forward. Origi is just shit, maybe I am being a little harsh because he is only 20 years old and our 4th choice forward. We just got Benteke and Firmino back, and will take couple more games to get back into full fitness. Sturridge injured again (not even a surprise anymore). And if we don't have a good forward, it is also difficult for the midfielders to play up to their potentials.

Southampton are also a solid team - Last 6 games - WDLWWD (only lost against United)

Liverpool team for tomorrow:
Mignolet – Clyne, Škrtel, Sakho (c), Moreno – Emre Can, Lucas – Firmino, Lallana, Coutinho – Benteke

Glad to see Milner being subbed and Sakho being the captain. But we will concede with this team.

If you're going to the game tomorrow, you'll be the only person in the ground;)

Get Mane running at those CBs and we might get a goal.

Still don't understand why Southampton fans hate Lallana
They are giving him dogs abuse! If only he could show here what he showed when he was with them, it would shut them up a bit. Alas, thats probably not going to happen
