Well, that was a pretty damn poor game.
Mignolet was piss porr and we need to get rid of him, way too flaky.
Benteke cleary don't fith Klopp's style and I doubt he will be a Liverpool player next season.

Great to see Hendo back and score, Origi has started to become really good under Klopp and I can see him starting quite a few games soon.
Firmino should have started and not come on that late, weird move by Klopp.

The players and management go over to the main singing section at the end of every game in the Bundesliga to thank the fans for their support. I can only imagine Klopp is attempting to replicate that with the Kop.

He might have been better off doing it after a win but still, it doesn't seem that absurd.

Yeah but we're not in the Bundesliga. It looks very strange to an English audience, especially after a 2-2 home draw to West Brom.

Disagree with that, they aren't passing the ball to him, he can't do much if he doesn't get the ball. He'll be there next year no doubt in my mind.

Onto the game, well it was poor and I said it would be a draw which I wouldn't be happy with, but with the way things transpired, I'll take it in the end.

Liverpool have only two games between now and the 26th, so hopefully he and his staff can do some work on the training ground and get them pushing on for the Christmas games and into the second half of the season.

you need to pass the ball to his head in the penalty area for him to be effective. another £33million pissed up the wall.

What can I say, they are slow learners? It'll come together, Klopp and co will either get them going or get another new and better squad in (again! :D ).

West Brom are no mugs and with our game in mid week this isn't the bad result it's being made out to be.
Losing to Newcastle doesn't seem so bad, either, in retrospect. As they've obviously turned a corner.

Klopp and Rodgers have the same football philosophy. The high tempo pressing game that relies on the team retaining possession and doing everything it can to win it back, when it's not. The problem with this style of play is it requires a lot of energy from the individuals playing it and they invariably wear out as the season progresses. Rodgers was trying to address (unsuccessfully) this when he was sacked.
Klopp is trying to return the team to the high tempo football. The problem is what will he do when the team is dead on their feet come March and you're desperately pushing for those European places?

This. I don't see why this is getting so much attention. English insecurity and schadenfreude is funny.

So one point from Newcastle and West Brom is acceptable, this is interesting.

Very interesting indeed, actually.

Okay, well, my favourite bit about the whole frustrating affair was Klopp's passion when we equalised. If the rest of the footballing world want to mock it, fine, I for one am glad we've got a passionate manager who shows respect to other teams by celebrating a draw, too.

Apart from that, our two old enemies came to haunt us today, namely our set-piece defending and our inability to turn possession to goals. The urgency in attack that I so desperately missed under Rodgers still isn't quite there. Anyway, looking at the weekend's results, this is the Premier League and we've got to take the point and move on.

Arsenal got one point from West Brom and Norwich and they still top the table.
You've got one point from West Ham and Bournemouth and are still in the CL spots.
Like us, Tottenham have one point from their last two games, against West Brom and Newcastle.
Everton have three draws from their last three against Bournemouth, Palace and Norwich.

Sure you can try and banterize (I know that's not a word, but it should be) our last two games, but this is just how the league is.

I agree with you that the league is highly unpredictable at the moment - almost anyone can beat anyone.

But you've gotta take the banterisation or we don't have any fun!
