Liverpool vs Manchester City - Anfield

What a huge result that was, I didn't expect a win at all, three points gained anyway and it could be massive for Liverpool's rivals as Man Utd have to play City as well and probably won't pick up max points there. Great stuff, the team played very well considering their tribulations midweek and getting back so late to prepare for this game.

Thought we played well, deserved the win. Well in the run for top four now, but we have to get 6/6 against Burnley and Swansea before a really tough run of games.

Yep agreed and goal difference could start to come into play here too, Liverpool are behind by about 10+ goals on Arsenal and Man Utd which could worth an extra point. Hopefully they can cut into that against Burnley. Next week is the FA Cup then they get 8 days much-needed rest between that and Swansea.
