Hopefully no repeat of the downpour that called this off last month.
Feel that we need to get at least a point here to start distancing ourselves from 8th.
Hamon in goal isn't ideal, and with forwards struggling for goals I don't expect this to be easy. Macc of course fighting for their lives and eyeing three points to get out of the zone.
I'll go 1-1 with Jay scoring.

Don't really want a Macc win here for obvious reasons but the way they are playing I reckon at least a point.
1-1

Has Devon Lad been seen since CJ and Tyler destroyed his hope and dreams? (Autos)

Can see Macc getting something here. Exeter will miss their keeper and haven't impressed recently.

Well I called 1-1 correctly on Saturday but I have this uneasy feeling we’ll lose this 2-0.

Pym missing is a huge blow as Hamon just isn’t good enough. I expect we will make a number of other changes from the weekend. Can’t see Brown playing two games so close together plus I suspect Boateng and Holmes will come back in after being rested at the weekend.

Massive game for Macc and I suspect they will get the result they need, although hope I am wrong as a win for us would give us a strong play off chance.

Safe trip to all travelling Grecians.

Lee Martin and Hiram Boateng start with Nicky Law and Matt Jay rested.

Surprised Macc have Scott Wilson on the bench in what is a must win for them?

Could end up 5-5. We’ve created plenty but look very shaky at the back.

Like to see the penalty decision. Always seem to be given against us.

People complain that 5-3-2 formation is too defensive; we could play 10 centre backs and our defending would still be laughable. Penalty was a lifeline.

Full time.

Very poor considering we were ahead twice. To be honest, Macclesfield were the better team in the second half but we’re so weak at the back all of a sudden.

We’re not good enough to go up, which is fine as I am more than happy to dodge the play offs and give the players a chance to have a full pre season, and give Taylor the opportunity to mould the squad.

watch us get the backlash on saturday :ffs:

Not worried if we play how we have been of late but will have to keep those levels up to get anything regardless.

true, we are top 4 in the form table over the last 6 games so we could easily come back with a point or 3.

Very entertaining game that. Managed to overcome a shocking start to nick a much needed late winner.

Feels like a big weight off the shoulders.
