I want it to be known pre game, that I’ve bet big on Lincoln.

That is all

Bold move.

This is perhaps the best lincoln team I can even remember on paper, but at the same time one of the most inconsistent. I hope you win!

I don’t like folks who only comment on wins/losses after the event. I will nearly be as interested with your game as Notts’ today.

I hope the Cowleys and Imps don’t let me down, Looking to have a great Saturday night as a result

I check the gtfc hashtag and Fishy pretty much daily and I have honestly never heard of this post office thing.

Look how much space there was in the ground on that first one. The days where we could all have a row. You do really forget how bad it was / how good it is now.
2015 that just a year before it all went crazy lol!!!

Been hard not jumping on the Yates out bandwagon with it being only 8 games in, but it's getting tougher by the game. It's clear as day that we are so fragile defensively and don't have the team set up to protect them, nor does it seem we have any confidence to compete with the opposition in a footballing perspective.

Patience is running thin now, but there's not a chance we'll get rid of him early on, and I don't think the club are even really bothered with being relegated.

It's a very very strange feeling just a handful of months after the ridiculous achievement of last season. The club was on such a high, and somehow all positivity has been ripped to shreds.

That flattered Macclesfield, some poor finishing/good goalkeeping kept it close. Vincenti was lucky that he only got a yellow following 5 previous fouls. Best of luck Macc, I think you'll be ok.

Cheers Lincoln, Macclesfield and Morecambe being just slightly shitter than us might be the only thing that just about keeps us up.

A well deserved victory for us, but we didn’t half make it hard for ourselves. Dominated large periods of the game, but the Macc keeper was in superb form. The Macc defenders couldn’t deal with akinde and Andrade. The latter was my man of the match, every time he got the ball things were happening and the Macc defenders shit themselves. There were periods were Macc looked pretty good. They moved the ball forward quickly and played some nice stuff. You could see that the equaliser was coming as inexplicably we started to sit back instead of going for the jugular. Had we scored another it could have excalated in to a battering. The score was kept low thanks to the in form Macc keeper and just as he was announced man of the match he mis judges across which eventually bounced to Shacknell on the edge of the area to smash in.

Good three points. Really like Macc as a club and don’t want to see them get relegated, so really hoping they turn it round!

The BBC match stats say we had 10 efforts on target!
Your keeper really has kept you in the game to almost get you draw
Pleased we kept going and got the winner.

12 different scorers in the league now.

An important result off the back of last week and MK Dons next weekend, and one that sounded comfortable, and a times verging on too comfortable.

BIt of a switch around with Frecklington's suspension and Eardley missing out so Pett was playing much deeper than he has been doing and we had a CB at RB.

Not seen any positive comments from Imps about Macclesfield, as you'd probably expect given their position.

Macc are a fascinating study in clubs overachieving in a one off season aren't they? It's odd because if they'd come second and lost to Tranmere in the playoff final they'd probably have put it down as a really good season and something to build on, positivity would remain. But as it is...

Nah it's nothing to do with the overachievement, it's the owner and chairman driving all the positivity out of the club by the way it's being run.

Just like in 2012 we'll go down with alot of unspent money. Then we'll suddenly not be able to pay the bills next season.

Wonder if Amar will blame Blower like he did with Rance.

Even if we score 3 we'd let you score 4 in injury time.
