What's with the adverts to the top right of the main page? (mainly all betting/gambling ads)

I've literally just reinstalled the ads manager- as with all other addons, the permissions & settings need to be redone after the upgrade- hence why I'm doing it at gone midnight. You should be able to see it's clearly not finished, hence the shitload of errors at the top of the page.

It will still be the same for site supporters- no ads. But there's several hours of work ahead.

I've gone ahead and merged this with the upgrade thread.

Having somebody look at the template errors this morning. Been a bit of a nightmare but should be fixed today.

Not sure whether it's just me, but there seems a bit of a lag when typing a message and loading threads.

How do we get rid of the chat bar at the bottom of the screen.

Is the 'Mark Read' button now sub-forum rather than the whole forum?

You can turn it off completely in your account preferences.

If you want to get rid of that ticker at the bottom and have it on the home page like it used to be, go to the chat settings icon, go down to the bottom of the menu, and change Display Mode to above forum list. Does this help you The Paranoid Pineapple btw?

There used to be a little blue circle to click to go to last read, am i missing something obvious, moved or gone?

Other than that, looking good. I like.

EDIT: Ignore me, it seems to do it automatically. Very nice.

Trying to use TapaTalk on my mobile to avoid having to trawl through this new UI on my mobile phone. But it keeps giving a network error when I attempt to login.

You may already know that proper TapaTalk support requires a Xenforo addon to be installed into the site, and there's still various additional components to the site that we haven't finished yet. But whilst there is a Xenforo 2.x Tapatalk addon available, it's received widespread slating round the Xenforo community for being riddled with issues and errors. One of Xenforo's own developers advises to "avoid (it) at all costs". So my apologies Pags for the lack of TT support, but at this point TractorBoys I'm not sure we'll be bothering with it until we know better. There's always going to be different preferences around a new UI, but we're not going to be quick in installing code onto the site that's fundamentally knackered, as TT currently seems by all accounts.

Just to say thanks to Mark for his help, still struggling to login on main phone but works phone is fine. Like the set up, few quirks but so does every new platform

The chat reel at the bottom needs to go. I dip into the chat occasionally but that should be my choice, not be forced upon me.

Mark read only works on all forums, not on individual subsections.

Yet to view the mobile version although the old version was pretty good.

Teams supported and other info previously available needs to show by posts.

Mobile version - Not bad although I preferred the breadcrumbs (?) along the top.

Mark read still covers all forums rather than individual ones.

Latest posts in the box on the side used to cover new threads rather than new posts in existing threads. I'd prefer new threads.

The mark forums read feature is something changed in Xenforo 2, I'll need to look into if we can customise.

As for the widgets on the sidebar, I'm sure I can get it display both new posts and new threads in 2 individual borders.

Will revisit tomorrow.

Just seems very sticky and unresponsive, takes a while to type out a message properly .

It was doing last Tuesday when the desktop version of the site wasn't running properly but that's the only time I've ever used the site on my phone, so no idea whether it's still playing up!
