Who said that Aguero didn't deserve a penalty? He cost himself a penalty by being too theatrical, I don't remember anyone saying he didn't deserve it. They were just calling him an idiot for a theatrical fall which made it look like a dive. Both incidents were penalties, except Depay got his. Lucky break with the referee.

Depay flung himself into the air. The pundits at the time were saying that there 'wasn't enough' contact on Aguero to be a penalty, as well as making too much of it.
