Stockport County.
Fair play to Bell there. Right decision.

Unusually for me I was sat in the stand yesterday close to the away section, and he was getting some stick at full time. Ironically if we'd lost that game yesterday there would have been a huge calls for Clemence to go although I didn't see it that way.

Not surprised. I had them 20th in my pre-season predictions and whilst that's looking too low, I didn't see them as a top half team. Lot of talent in midfield, but paper thin at the back and outside of Graydon and Coughlan, they don't have many goals up front. Be interesting to see who they bring in.

Great. Just in time for our trip there on Boxing Day.

Hopefully we get rid of our Bell tonight.

Alexander out.
Terrible manager, but only a symptom with the two clowns at the top of the tree. I wouldn’t trust Sparks to make me a cup of tea let alone pick yet another fall guy for his failure, yet one or two still defend the idiot. Birds of a feather and all that.

Yeah nothing changes but I didn't want Alexander. Not sure who did. Paul Jewell said not to hire him but Sparks did want he wanted.

Didn't realise he only had one win in eleven. I wonder who that was against. Oh...

What happened to them anyway, I’m sure they started well which included absolutely thumping Walsall 6-2 away from home?

Fleetwood looked decent against us despite our 3-1 one, the football they played was good but seeing them against Stanley they looked ropey, they have dropped so ridiculous points from good positions!

Graham Alexander is 33/1 for the Fleetwood job.
I'm firmly in the camp of not much point sacking him as it's unlikely Sparks would appoint someone better. but that would change if Fleetwood were prepared to pay compensation for him.
I know he's only there because he gained promotion with Fleetwood, (which one could say he's been dining out on ever since).

2 tough matches coming up this week, (albeit both at home) so an opportunity for Alexander to over-perform for once. Like I say, I don't want him sacked, but he has had over a year now, and the match after that at Barrow is the half way point. If we're floundering at that stage, promotion under Alexander will seem a very distant possibility.

Good move from them, and a safe appointment. There shouldn't be any worry about relegation with him in charge.

No disrespect to Fleetwood but I'm surprised he hasn't taken over at an underperforming big hitter or a League One bottom half type team.

You lot were so stupid to piss him off and lose him because since he left you’ve mostly been absolute shite with a clueless numpty in charge who’s so far out of his depth.
