Good point for us.

Looking forward to the 'worst team faced all season', 'cheats' and 'we should be beating teams like these' quotes which we normally get when we get points off a team near the top.

Not really - just disappointed not to win having turned the game around by HT, only to then concede through a really sloppy goal defensively vs a team who have been struggling recently.

Yet another home draw where on balance we should have won. It's the reason we'll be in the play offs at best.

Sounds like you're used to the 'cheat' tag, maybe there's a pattern in that? I wouldn't use the word cheat for what it's worth but certainly the time wasting was a ball ache to watch, a decent ref might have sorted that though. For the game, usual toothless draw, shouldn't be surprised. Good cross/goal from Wyke on his debut but 19 shots or something and only 4 or 5 on target - same old same old. Two more points dropped.

No, it's just people use it as a stick to beat teams with, and this season it seems to be the 'go to' word when teams can't beat us. We also get called dirty quite a lot, which is bizarre when we have hardly anyone in our side who can put in a tackle!

A good win for Shrewsbury against a poor Bury team. A feisty game early on which the ref didn't seem to clamp down on, but once it settled we were the better team. Tyler Roberts had another good game and now 3 in 3 home games for Freddie Ladapo.

The Bury midfield was almost non existent, I can see why they concede so many goals. And what a waste of space Pennant was, a typical "star" on the way down stealing a wage.

We're now 18th, which I would have snapped your hand off if I was offered that when Hurst took over at the end of October. A long way to go but looking promising.

We played Gillingham the other week and drew 2-2.
We had a 10 minute spell 20 minutes from time when we had them on the rack, creating loads of chances and having 2 goals disallowed for offside.

I was comfidenr we would score a late winner but In the last 10 minutes and the 5 plus minutes of injury time Gillingham did a fantastic job and killing off our momentum. Their players were all going down injured and they were taking ages taking throw ins and corners. The last 15 minutes was a total non event with no football played. We couldn't get the ball to create a single chance. There was one spell where Gillingham had about 6 consecutive throwins in the same spot. Their play deliberately waited for our man to challlenge then they kicked it to win ainother throw in etc etc.

Agree it's gamesmanship not cheating, so no complaints from me. If the ref doesn't like it that it's up to him to react but Gillingham players knew how to take it right to the limit so they weren't booked.

We had most of the ball so I wouldn't say they killed the game, likewise we didn't fail to win because of Gillingham's 'gamesmanship', but it was the usual everyone going down injured, taking forever to take set pieces, a handball, throwing themselves around in their own half knowing the ref couldn't wait to blow for a foul... A team happy to take a point and do what it takes to run the clock down, which I'm sure everyone's done at some point.

To be fair I'm assuming that people going down injured was probably mainly Chris Herd, who gets injured approximately 3 times a week. He can't help it!

Nowhere near the worst team we've played this season, in fact you were better than Scunthorpe and others. One of your lads did dive once and a bit of time wasting but nothing any other team doesn't do so I wouldn't call you cheats. You were always a threat on the break, and whilst we should be beating you at home, that is down to our own inabilities no body else same all season 6 wins 10 draws at home shows this. Your fans were decent as well for little numbers they rarely stopped singing. From the teams I've seen this season you should be fine.

I appreciate these comments, but they don't seem to concur with your fellow Bantams on your forum. I particularly enjoyed:

'Therefore when home games end 2-2 against teams like Gillingham (no disrespect) after 19 shots and 13 corners, you have to understand fans frustration.'

You wonder if the poster of this comment is aware that Bradford and ourselves have been in the same division as each other for 10 of the last 12 seasons, and for the other two we were in the higher league. We've now only lost 1 in 13 against you guys too!

Saw that comment on C and B, I don't think they meant it as a disrespect to your team. It's just most games at home this season we average around 20 shots and 60% possession and have only won 6, that's more frustration at our team than anyone else. Our previous record is irrelevant as in league 2 you were the better team by miles. But other fans and I see how much we've improved footballing wise, the frustrating thing is for all our control in games we rarely punish teams and give away soft goals.

Southend was easily the better team yesterday and deserved the 3 points. We failed to control any part of the match. Hopefully we can get back to our first choice strikers, as we didn't threaten today.

I'd take a point away at Southend even if it means Sheff United going back above us, Southend is a very difficult place to go and we'll have to be at our best if we to take anything from this game.

No it's not we put 4 past 'em

To be fair I was probably the only person in the ground who didn't think they were overly timebwasting and cheating. I was in the BLLT end but the kop seemed to going mad
