We wanted a young and hungry manager with a long term plan in mind and we got one. Even if we go down, which I and others are fully aware is still major possibility, I'm confident Jolley is capable of building something here. If anything at all, getting the majority of the fans back on the club's side with this appointment is already a big turning point.

I can totally understand from an outside perspective that it looks a poor choice but from the inside and the current feeling at the club, it's just what we need.
