Looking really REALLY good for Boreham Wood now. Massive favourites from here imo.

NO. Will Evans and Scott Boden played huge parts in us being utter shite for years - they cannot lift the trophy. It can't happen. It would be the biggest injustice since THAT King red card.

Good win tonight, didn't really fancy us tonight with their home record but they scored with their first shot on target. Fortunatley it was in the 90th minute and we'd already bagged three.

Need to keep rolling on.

And yeah if you can't post on the forum, it looks like you have to quote somebody's tweet and then delete it to post.

Why are you lot pretending you are scraping wins? 9 wins amd 1 draw from the last 10 games. Ridiculous form.

Yep, can't post anything new, can only reply to existing comments...how have they been posted?!

Hit reply, and then delete the comment you are replying to. Unless you actually want to reply to it.

Like this.

Quite glad it’s down though, as last night basically confirmed it will be a Stockport/Borehamwood 1/2 in some order, and another 7 teams will be left fighting over that elusive last home play off third place spot.

Ugh, what a league.

There are always knee jerk reactions but I said last week after watching Chesterfield play I think it's between us and Boreham Wood. Chesterfield possible only if Cook completely revolutionises their mentality. Which is possible, he's a proven manager at a higher level.

There's a long way to go yet. We'll have slip ups and it's important that we stay humble, Challinor is good for this. I remember Grimsby Town fans getting far far too giddy when they were top and that was in September. And where are they now? Are they even still in the top half, I've simply not checked. Can't be arsed scrolling that far down.

And yes I am firing shots whilst the Grimsby fans won't be able to work out how to post at the moment.

Bizarrely timed and unsubstantiated shots, as that didn't happen. We might have praised some of our performances and players as they deserved it but we weren't "getting far far too giddy" about our position. Go get some quotes and come back and we'll talk some more, otherwise you're just chatting shit.

Easy to go around shitting on teams when you've got double their budget. We're currently just a little bit shy of where you'd expect us to be.

Well it seems that not everybody thinks it amounts to much, comments include us being 'flat track bullies' and suggesting that we're playing teams without a pulse. As regards the main dangers I reckon that is Chesterfield with you and Notts still not out of it. The same applies to Boreham Wood although some people seem to be getting carried away with the 4 games in hand without realising that they've actually (amazingly) played more home games than us and could also end up in fixture congestion trouble without having a particularly large squad to deal with it.

I was hoping Weymouth were going to go down quietly but doesn't look to be the case sadly

From here it's really between yourselves, Chesterfield and Boreham Wood dor the title. The rest of us (Halifax, Solihull, Bromley, Wrexham, Notts county and possibly Grimsby) will be scrapping it out for play off places unless one of those teams goes on an unbelievable run.

If we can stop getting players sent off within the first 10 minutes of games we might make one of the higher places. Its going to be close whatever happens.

Shall we all make the other place the new home of NL? At least the forum works. Last one there's a rotten egg

Is anyone remotely hopeful of playing on Saturday? We are home to Dover but I seriously doubt given the weather that we will be playing. Might be a blessing given the state of the pitch currently. Adds huge pressure to the Notts game though if others play. We could end up 8th without playing in the league for a month.

Would also mean we would have played one league game at home on a Saturday since the start of October. How does that even happen.
