Anyway just like to add what a great club Solihull are, very friendly and some top nosh, especially them pies outside. Top stuff.

Looked a decent side too, reckon they'll stay up fairly comfortably.

What a win that was last night. Big marker laid down again, especially ahead of the weekend trip to Forest Green.

I'm just gutted I haven't been able to go for the best part of the last month and a half

Just seen our "goal" highlights, what the fuck? how can none of these moronic officials see what happened and why are they allowed to officiate matches? Stuff like this can cost teams relegation and promotions, it's fucking disgraceful.

What happens to refs who have stinkers like that at this level? In the Prem they'd be off the list and reffing in League 2 next week.

It's a tough job I know, but you still have to avoid being as incompetent as that tbf.

Haha, keep dreaming mate!

Believe it or my friend, but it felt that way. Obviously no way of confirming because unsegregated match.
There was green throughout the stadium.
FGR best away support since El Glosico against Cheltenham.

Attendance at Solihull was 919 so we are to believe that 460+ FGR made that 72 mile journey on a Tuesday night..........

(2:12). Coops doesn't bullshit or talk things up. He says it was a good following. Nuff said

Are you sure they weren't stewards in the same glow in the dark green colour jackets as your shirts?

Felt a bit sorry for nfu last night they came with a plan to stop us playing and take a point , they nearly pulled it off, some of our more vile supporters really laid into them as they left the field it wasnt a pretty sight and certainly did the reputation of our club no favours with any neutrals who happened to be in the directors box, or potential investors for that matter.

I couldn`t disagree more. They deserved everything they got last night. Horrible foul excuse for a football team. They were time wasting from the first minute especially the keeper who then got Norwood sent off . I have just seen the replay of what happened and the red card should not only be recinded but the keeper banned for 3 games for his part in the incident. As the away game is midweek I am happy to say I will probably never have to watch that Pub team play again as based on last night there is no way they will stay up.

:fl::fl::fl::fl::fl: Why do you lot have to big up your crowds all the time. I was impressed with your turnout but there was a maximum of 300. You were the best team that I've seen all season; retaining possession better than any other side. Unfortunately, FGR are going to win the league.

Thought the Boreham Wood side has several overweight looking players, not good for what is a full time club???

Should be a cracker Saturday, two teams full of confidence. Not looked forward to a home game this much in ages, expect we'll have our biggest turnout of the season and you must be bringing a few as well? Be nice to have a busy and loud away end for a change.
Would expect around 300 to go. I do know our junior red imps are running a coach for game as well the regular supporters coach/es

Assuming Dover still play the same hoof ball, I fancy us to lap that up with our defence that is tailor made for it. We've only conceded 10 goals in 17, whilst they've scored 33 so something will have to give.

Possibly missing Norwood as we appeal his suspension (not sure how that works) and Connor Jennings is a few weeks off still I believe.

Can't make this one myself; but fancy us to win maybe 2-1, Cook and Maynard with the goals.

OMG !! Here`s a first I totally agree with something Chris FRG has posted. Solihull made us most welcome last Saturday and the chip butties etc in the club bar were excellent. Played some nice stuff on the park as well. Makes a change from teams trying to kick us off the pitch.

That little run will most certainly end November 12th if not before.
Be interesting to see if any other local clubs around here manage to equal or beat this little run as the season progresses. ;)

Despite road closures, M42 junction with M5 and minor roads on the diversion, I did make it home on Tuesday evening but only just. Great following from our club, but nowhere near half the attendance that some have suggested, I would put it at around 250-300 tops. This was aided by the fact that it is our closest away game by some distance, and it is half term around here so many of the younger fans could make the journey. Echo the comments about the friendliness, no segregation and no need for it, fans from both teams sat and stood together. At a time when a minority of supporters from two London clubs are in the spotlight for the wrong reason we experienced football as it should be.

They sound very friendly indeed.
Watch out for the psycho who winds up your bench then goes into meltdown when they answer back. Still have vivid memories of him being physically restrained last time we played there. I thought they were going to have to put him in a straight jacket. Turned out he was a a big wig in the supporters club too. :woot:

All from FGR who went to game on Tuesday had nothing but praise for Solihull.
We were made very welcome and the food was very good indeed.
Nice club and nice people.
