Tough game this, Millwall are a known quantity especially at home. I didn't expect Leeds to be a game too early for us but I think this one has been called that ever since the fixtures were announced.

Hopefully we'll see a few of the new boys come into the fold and see a bit more of what we want to do with the ball rather than the oppo team.

Early days but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's pretty unrealistic to get the team we have to play the way Frank plays. Jesus.

A while I think.

I don't really mind a few early drubbings in the season as long as Frankie learns from them. Bradley Johnson as our CDM when we're trying to play out from the back is suicidal. Rookie Tomori at fault again too.

With Davies and Huddlestone to come back into the 11 I'm not too disheartened.

This probably should be three or four, but we’ve wasted a few openings. Derby don’t look comfortable playing this system at all; I can only assume Lampard has never watched us? Suicidal to set that up that way against us — can’t tell if it’s arrogance or incompetence.

Really do not understand why these ex elites don't gain experience in a non management role in a lower league side before taking the plunge. The difference between being a top player and being responsible for leading a FL team is huge. Lampard may be out of a job before he's had time to learn - he's already sounding frustrated.

More like it second half but left it too late, damage was done in the first 20. Naive to come here and start the game like that but hopefully we'll learn.

Did the exact same thing we did against boro — our men behind the ball instead of going for the killer third and nearly paid for it again. Derby were a shambles defensively and we should have pummelled them. We’re in for a rude awakening if Harris thinks that’s the way to go this season.

he had no right getting a decent job straight off the bat, sorry Derby but because of PL elitists i'm glad Lampard is currently struggling
