You have to put temporary barriers up to keep rival fans apart outside your ground? Sounds like there's a real hooligan problem brewing at Rotherham...

Happens all the time now at the lane if theres any sort of away following basically just syp failing to do there job yet again the set of wankers

Think they're summat don't they. They're Millwall who get 8k at home not Roma's Ultras. Always good to kick off with buildings instead of people.

I think the most indefensible part of all this is the spelling of this thread's title.

Tilton, the barriers are not always there but are erected for some matches where SYP believe there is potential for trouble as away fans exit the ground.
Home fans are then made to exit via Don Street while away supporters go up New York Way.
The police would be better off keeping the away fans in the ground for 10 minutes to give home fans time to disperse but they quote something about human rights.

Both sides have their idiots, both sides have people pointing at each other giving it the "I'm a big shot attitude", its a small minority from both sides.

Both sides to blame.

Structured or not you were not put into admin because of it.
Using profanities tends to show a lack of vocabulary, don't you agree?

I and most Rotherham folk are disgusted by the grooming issue and you do yourself no justice by trying to use such a terrible crime to belittle fellow posters on here.
I suppose you are aware there were similar atrocities carried out on 800 Sheffield kids, does that make you one of their groomers.
Any proof about the 800 sheffield kids or is it a make believe thing?

Admin twice for you lot weren't it? Cheating gets.

Poor bloke, spent all week sneaking onto boats, dishing out milk tray, and then has to see his team lose to Rotherham at the weekend, no wonder he was angry. Some of the comments in here are particularly shitty mind.

Right... Here's what happened. I was there. This is what I saw. Inside the ground 'wall fans ceremonially sacrificed a goat when t'Millers equalised, I was there, I saw it. A fat bloke (or so it seemed unitl the beast was revealed) with a Mohican drew said beatsie from under his coat, where he was also keeping a brick or two (come to that later). He and his 'mates' cut its throat, poor thing, then they collected the blood in them tin foil thingys, used for pukka pies. Then they stripped to their waists and smeared the poor wretched creatures blood over their faces and arms and chests, did this weird arms outstretched dance thing and sang 'no one likes us....etc'. Some of them were tearing flesh from the carcass and chewing it raw before gobbing it into their hands and hurling it at disabled children. If you thought that was bad enough, when it went to 2-1 the entire 14,500 strong away following went rampaging into the streets and 10 or 20 or 30 or so kicked a pregnant swan to dead with their bare feet ! Then they petrol bombed the General Hospital, ran the 2 miles back to town in 60 seconds and burnt the Town Hall down (cheers for that - big favour there!) I was there I saw it all. I then saw this chap who I recognised from his hair do earlier take out two house bricks from pockets in his coat and hurl them at an under privileged orphan baby, innocently sitting in its pram, minding its own business. I was there. I saw everything. I was there.

Deffo overblown, but to be fair, it did get a bit ugly outside. Some weird contorted face pulling on both sets of fans. If guerning were an Olympic sport........nailed on gold for team GB !

Embarrassing isn't it, a few Millwall fans run through the netting with the intention of doing absolutely nothing other than stopping at the stewards to point fingers whilst Rotherham fans do the same back. Hardly worth mentioning.

Obviously can't speak for what happened outside.

I've had to clean this thread up. Can we stick to discussing ideally the football match, or the "trouble" if we must - but leave out posts that are abusive or make references to other recent national media stories about Rotherham. Thanks.

The bother outside the ground was worse.

Probably the firs tbit of 'bother' theres been at the New York Stadium. Rotherham will learn from it. Heras type fencing which can be pushed over by 5 lads isn't adequate segregation.

Heard the 800 thing on Radio Sheffield months ago but try this link, only 660 but you might get the drift.

Administration twice yes and not proud of it, but you could add up the costs involved in our both our admins and they were still a fraction of what the Co-op Bank wrote off to save you.

And exactly how did Co-op write off Bri, a proper figure not one plucked out of thin air?

When Rotherham came down to Reading earlier in the season they attacked an old people's home. They should really be dealt a severe punishment for this incident alone.

That's twice you've used the 'C' word needlessly. You're not really showing a great deal of class, are you?

Yes of course I don't like Wednesday, but that has nothing to do with my post.

All I'm saying is I'm not a fan of this false ultra culture that has been introduced. First by Wednesday, but more recently by the likes of Dagenham, Aldershot, Crystal Palace and Leicester.

I just don't find it an impressive way of supporting your team.
You're looking at it from a lower league perspective which is fair enough given the team you support. In the Premiership things are much more strict and you just about can't do anything apart from going to the ground, sit down, shut the fuck up, hell yeah when your teams scores, take pictures of the ground to put it on facebook a tenth of a second later and go home and say what a die hard you are. Standing, swearing, smoking and drinking actual alcohol in the stands is forbidden by public hanging.
In this world of complete nonsense, the ultra mentality with a kapo telling people what to sing and making for a good atmosphere is very important. It makes Palace London's noisiest ground (I would say the whole of the Premiership but I've been to very few grounds and I don't think I wish to add to my list) and shows up the Emirates and Stamford Bridge for the graveyards they well and truly are.

Plus, y'know, British home support is shit.

I'm confused. Is it the spelling of Millwall as 'Milwall' in the thread title that's indefensible?

Anyway, I hear it only kicked off when Millwall heard that Stefan Maierhofer wasn't going to be playing.

Take a look at the 2011 accounts Walkley - its written is as an "waiver of inter-company debt" I think.

Its got cock all to do with a bit of handbags at Rovrum though :-D

It can't be a waiver of inter-company debt, the debt was external :D

I don't get what you are chelping about Walkley, you obviously had debt, otherwise you wouldn't be competing with my amateur football club to use Sheffield College's pitch for your youth teams! Delighted you got a new owner as hopefully you will get proper training facilities and can fuck off out my way.
