That Mohammed Salah is not scoring even as his team-mates bag for fun must be a worry.

Despite the shit result today that is 19 goals in 24 games in all comps for Salah this season. He will almost certainly score over 20 by the end of the year and I can see him possibly hitting 35+ by May which would be damn impressive given that he isn't a striker.

Salah has just been named African Footballer Of The Year, beating a shortlist of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Naby Keita, Sadio Mane and Victor Moses.

This plays a big part unless someone does something exceptional at club level. Which noone has. He certainly merits it, just he's not had much competition for it really.

Delighted for Salah, he seems a great humble lad and has really kicked on over the last few years. Well deserved.
