Our football club is an absolute joke - how many do you think Reid et al will pump past us this week? I'm optimistically saying a 3-1 loss.

We're just so unbelievably poor and it's so ridiculous that we've been allowed to slump as badly as this. What the hell has happened?

It's extremely rare that Cheltenham fans will want Martin Allen to lead a team to victory, but this week I suspect an awful lot will be in Barnet's corner.

On the plus side for you, our away form is terrible and we were back to our old ways against Colchester conceding twice just after each half kicked off, but then Doidge came on and had a few minutes so hopefully he's up to speed and he does partner well with Reuben. Get something here and we're almost safe, plus if it pisses off a few poshoes from Cheltenham so much the better :D

Being not at all completely and totally biased, we all want a home win just to make the relegation fight more interesting.

Would a Barnet win, coupled with a draw between Chesterfield and Grimsby be asking too much? No? Well let's all make that happen, then.

Thanks

2-1 Bees Akinde with pens of course!

Us winning will mean I will then have to go to Grimsby. ...I did it 8 years ago and still can't get all of the dog shit out of my Timberland boots... .they have deep tread!

A loss at Barnet, and then Cheltenham plus losses at Yeovil and Luton would make end of season's games interesting but and despite that gloomy prediction FGR will still be playing EFL football next season.
And that will happen even with two draws at home to Chesterfield and Grimsby. But in reality FGR will gain more than two points before end of season.

Barnet are home team with new [different] manager from team that came back from 0-2 to claim a draw at TNL. Omens look good for the Bees with them possibly having that 'dead cat bounce'.
Still a long way for them to secure survival, draws are now no longer good enough.
Therefore probably plenty of goals and end-to-end football. I expect it will be well worth the entrance money.
And FGR are bringing along a full coach of supporters - double our usual number.
The weather forecast is good and an almost certain noisy crowd, should be a great day.

walking the terraced streets from Blundel Park to our pub of choice was like being teleported into an enormous disorganised recycling yard,

Christ I hate to think how our defence will handle Reid AND Doidge if he's back to fitness. Could be disgusting.

Doidge and Rawson both start today in what must be our strongest possible line-up from the current squad, I will be very worried for the rest of the season and our survival if this team gets badly beaten...I know it isn't over until the fat lady does her thing...a win today would set us up nicely for the remainder of the run in, a draw probably wouldn't be the end of the World...but a defeat!

Was thinking it was the sort of start that against anyone else we'd have conceded.
The quality of our attacking play has been too pedestrian and predictable all season with our midfielders seemingly unable to make forward runs beyond our attackers, so that’s why!

Conceded last kick of the half after Bennet let the ball go out for a throw in unnecessarily. Barnet deserved it on balance too :bang:

Shaquille Coulthirst manages to tee up Alex Nicholls for a sweet daisy cutter that beats Collins at his near post!

Akinde subbed for a left back, one of the coaching team has walked around the pitch and told every ball boy to slow the game down.

Allen is trying to shut up shop and we are looking vulnerable.

Finally sub is an attacking midfielder being replaced by a holding mid.

I will be gutted if Allens decision to give away possession and crowd forest green out results in us conceding.

This is reminding me why I was hardly unhappy why Allen left us for Eastleigh.
