We've got a playoff with Gateshead for 13th place :bdick:

You have to fancy Barrow to beat Chester to stay up (Sorry Woking)

Will Tranmere deploy the youth team again?!

Also have to fancy Boreham Wood and Ebbsfleet to keep their playoff places.

Apparently Tranmere will be fielding a team made up from gatemen and stewards as the youth team is required for a more important fixture!

Actually I heard there was a behind closed doors play off yesterday between the Gateman/Stewards and a cateering staff XI to see who played Hartlepool on Saturday with the score being a closely guarded secret so as to not give the possible starting team details to the Monkey Hangers.

As per article 6,719 of the Brotherhood charter, members met to decide upon the result of the meeting between Tranmere Rovers and Hartlepool United.

Due to lack of interest from members of the Hartlepool brethren, who did not attend, a resounding home victory was agreed upon to give impetus to the elevation of Tranmere to paradise after 3 years of purgatory, in accordance with the natural order. In exchange for a home victory, it was agreed by the council of brethren to bestow upon the beautiful town of Birkenhead, 500 travelling clowns with North Eastern accents.

Could still finish 14th for the 2nd season running. If we win, Solihull draw, and Gateshead and Hartlepool fail to win, we'll somehow finish in the same spot as last season, and looking at the fixture list that is very possible

No idea if we will risk anyone to maintain sharpness, just have to pray that Hartlepool aren’t as moronic and bitter as Southport were last year, who set out to injure players.

Going to be a tense day for our little Bromley lot, Tuesday was an opportunity missed but we’re closest to the table waiting for the crumbs to drop.
There is usually some drama in situations like this and I expect it’ll happen again with the three above us (maybe more hoping tbh).
Saying that, doesn’t matter if we don’t do our job!!
C’mon Bromley!!

Operation don’t finish 5th or 6th will be in action, Boreham Wood will be delighted when they finish 8th, forcing Bromley into 6th.

Fylde will attempt to lose at Wrexham, who will miss their 3 penalties. While Aldershot will play out a pre determined 1-1 draw at Sutton.

Expect a first team Tranmere side to have that momentum hopefully into the playoffs. Reckon Fylde could miss out on the playoffs tomorrow actually which would be a bit of a shock.

Wrexham beating Fylde would be the biggest shock this division has seen since Macclesfield winning the league.

Massive game for us. Draw will confirm play offs but when we set out for a draw, we usually lose.

Need to attack from the off.

The last we'll ever see of Guiseley then. Who can ever forget WHAT THEY DID on that fateful day whilst in this league.

The boast of the true tinpotter.

Mellon has confirmed we will be playing a full strength team. There will be a decent crowd, it is retro kit / clown day and I am looking forward to it.

Quite a big game for us... We'll concede early from a misplaced back-pass against Chester, and spend the game hoofing it to no one. Woking to grab a last minute winner.

I'm dreading it.

Our lot couldn't swat a fly so nothing to worry about there.

Last day games needing a point/s are awful especially if your team leave it until injury time to do the business! I'd still swap places with you though.
Best of luck to you guys.

So the title race comes down the final day. Following the national leagues playoff restructure, a change to final day points awarded has now also been put in place. Those winning games get 6 instead of three points, and the losing sides have 3 points taken away.

We made a good fist of it but fair play to Tranmere for chasing us down. Been far and away the best side, other than us. We'll do well to make the Top 10 still I reckon. Askey out.

Don't know what you're on about mate we won the league back in January...
Actually you'll find that we won it back in pre season 2015 when we beat a couple of League 1 teams.
