Didn't Telford go 34 without a win over two seasons 4 or 5 years back (23 in the second half of their relegation season and then 11 in their season back)?

Not sure about over two seasons, but the season we went down Telford beat us in April for their first win in 31 games I think it was. We were abysmal that season.

We lost to a bunch of teams nobody’s ever heard of on our road back, I think the most egregious I recall was losing to something called Sidlesham in the Vase. I think they were no better than some Sussex park outfit.

I’m not saying Hartlepool aren’t a bigger club or don’t have excellent facilities. But we’ve played bigger clubs (Leeds, Arsenal) in the last few years..

We have 4 big clubs in this league. 4 Proper Clubs. The Fab 4. The 4 Brothers.

We all know who they are.

We also have Brother Torquay, Brother Stockport and Brother York. They shall not be forgotten.

Sorry but how many times must I state this, The Brotherhood is MY concept, I define the terms of reference- The members are set in stone, no one can leave, no new entrants are permitted. Members are the 92 clubs who were in the Football League in 1986, no matter how many times they have reformed since.

This is what i missed. Real football is back. Took a few game weeks but the standard process is in full swing.

The fixture thread: Start off with some constructive predictions and summary of how the confidence is going into this weekends game. After the game some constructive comments on the match and who is next up. Then someone will bite on a comment and booom its full on carnage and handbags. Love it.
