What I don't get is why Hignett keeps picking the same bloody players. If it's true that they didn't try as he said today's team didn't, then why pick the same failures? Some of them contributed to relegating us out the league and now 2 consecutive non league finishes with a whopping 56 points.

Hopefully today has crossed some names off the retained list he had doubts about but why not rotate the bastard team over the last month? The season was over in November.

Yesterday made my mind up on some, honestly Kabamba and James may as well of been dressed as Knights and stood in the stand, Kerr and Edgar were both stinking, Kioso should never play left or right back again, clearly a centre back, I know it was a dead rubber game but how are they not up for it with that many fans there backing them, it was a total let down.

I actually hope now that Hignett isn’t gonna manage us next season, I don’t even know what the situation with him is, is he contracted to manage? Is he just gonna float along as manager, was anything officially announced? Singh should go all out and try and bring Darrell Clarke back home next season.

They sacked their management team in summer for winning title.

If promoted they will move on and find someone else to move the project onwards

Them sacking Johnson and Morley had more to do with them making ridiculous wage demands rather than on field performances.

If the documentary was anything to go by, they thought they could hold the club to ransom because they had won leagues while outspending everyone in sight. And Salford knew they could get in a better manager than those two glorified amateurs.

The fancy dress games usually result in half-arsed performances. I went down to Plymouth as a Stormtrooper for the 5-0 game a few years ago, complete waste of time and cash.

Lack of communication from the club recently has been bad, season tickets, youth academy, managerial position, what's going on? RS isn't stupid so something's afoot for sure and we are none the wiser.

They are showing how good they really are without unlimited money at Chester.

It's not like you need to score against Braintree, though that would be handy, all you lot have got to do is to control the game and that shouldn't be too hard seeing your players are far better and much more experienced than Braintree's. IOW, you don't need to get an early goal or anything, just control the game and keep a watchful eye on the Salford score.

Anyway, any side that simply has to score a certain amount of goals to stand a chance will always be under immense pressure, so the pressure's all on Salford. Back in 2009 we had a decent side and a decent forward line and we had to beat an already on the beach Alty side 4-0 to go up if Burton lost to Torquay, which they did. The match result? 0-0.

Brother Stockport are good replacements for Orient, happy with that. Plus Brother Torquay is back too. I'm looking forward to next season already.

Yeah I remember that Burton game, their fans before the match were convinced you would get the goals you needed so were expecting to have to get something from us. As the game dragged on with no news from your game you could see their players relax and take their foot off the gas.

Despite being FUCKING MASSIVE for this league, it’s difficult to be too big time when you’re only the 11th biggest club in your town.

Thanks for that mate. I presume, you will be reffed out of the play offs, or some other means. But given your abdication, I will take your obvious pretensions as being a sign that the 'brotherhood' advocate Solihull Moors to win the play offs. We will do our very best sir, and enjoy the ride as we have for a few, very impressive seasons, thanks again.

PS: Rifle, i hear you i had to count on my fingers but i only have four on either hand( and a thumb on each, surely the 'brotherhood' could eject you on the dexterity clause, but, yes, eleventh, presuming Wimbledon are bigger.
Moors are only the sixth biggest in our conurbation (Coventry may be in our county but i cant count it as any stretch of fields or country between towns must separate them ((take note Manchester)), so we know our place. But its grown amazingly, Ill take that as another brotherly endorsement, as we cant really be much of a threat, but... great season everyone, however it ends, been nice to have people sling mud, bitch and moan about us, good to be acknowledged. If it doesn't happen for us this season, please carry on.

11th? Bloody hell I forgot there were so many clubs in London. If you say 11th, you’re suggesting Wimbledon are bigger than you which in their current guise I wouldn’t say they are.

We've only lost once to the top 6 all season, and that one could have gone either way, so you were no better and no worse than the others we've seen.

There's only you can keep the Tin Pot shit out of the FL now. You've GOT to go up. That's an order. :ds:

You’re quite weird aren’t you?
I suppose so, A life outside moaning about the national league, eight fingers, two thumbs and lacking that citrus zest in my mouth that has me foaming in the mouth about football, suppose many 'brothers' would call that insane!
BTW I was working on monday so missed out, would not throw a smoke bomb or any other matter, wouldn't even lower myself to throwing mud downwards at other clubs out of enraged bitterness.

As i said when you signed him - get Kemy Agustien fit for the play offs and you have a great chance of going up
We've just received news that Brad Walker is back in training, so we might actually do it now.

Barring a 6 goal swing, the final round of games sees absolutely nothing to play for other than a bit of rth-7th jostling. What an exciting final weekend.
