After a week of Suffering through the FA Trophy, its back to basics and the start of the Christmas period with 12 points up for grabs in ten days.

Judging by that fixture list, we've had a small stroke of luck getting a local game at Maidstone.

Our record in the league on these artificial pitches is poor, but we won on one last week at Haringey - First victory on one since 1993.

Barring any injuries, we'll start the same team which played against Sutton. Bondz N'Gala will be making his final appearance for us (Thank God), although he had a good game against Sutton.

This will be my second trip to the Gallagher, as I visited there in the summer of 2012 when we sent a young team there which lost 2-1 and I was intrigued to see what the ground was like.

Maidstone games usually involve one team scoring four goals. But which team?

These are the games I live for. If we can't and shouldn't be in the FL yet, then catch the "big" clubs on the way down before they have become too comfortable and have accepted their fate in life.

Happy Xmas All.

Eastleigh are an odd team but we should be beating them tomorrow. 5 out of 5 if we do.

573 Officially sold for tomorrow.

We've not kept a clean sheet or got an away win since a 1-0 win at Maidenhead back in August..................

Happy Christmas everybody.

Our game at Halifax has the feel of a season-defining game. Win it and we'll be flying; a draw is ok, but a loss and it'll feel like curtains for us. We've picked up a little, have players returning from injury, we've fallen on a defensive formation which appears stronger and Hannah is scoring again, while Halifax are on a downward spiral. Fingers crossed.

I’ll echo the season’s greetings to OFF posters and readers.

Rovers at Sutton today, lose and the automatic promotion spot is gone, it’s only the patchy form of those at the top which still means there’s a slim chance. However, apart from Scott Davies in goal, the line-up is likely to be close to the one which performed so dismally at Solihull. Home win on the cards.

Two up top from Askey today. Can't remember us doing that away from home before.

N'Gala scores for Leyton Orient - maybe they'll extend his loan now?

If you win this i will buy every Chester fan that doesn't leave at half time a mince pie.
They've been absolute dog muck.

I've said it before and I'm going to say it again, Chester have been piss poor since they arrived in this division 4 years ago. Josh MacDonald has been here for over 2years and played nearly a hundred games, but he's only today got his first goal. Mind you, he's on fucking fire. :bdick:

Maybe it would be a good idea to fold the club right now. This shower of spineless wankers outdo themselves every week.

Lost at home to Dover, Fylde, The Vision, Aldershot, Macc, Maidenhead. Whoops, sorry Maidenhead have taken six points off us now.

Lost at Workington in the fucking Trophy

Lost 4-0 at Dover, 3-0 at Ebbsfleet

Relegated from the football league, fucked over by a chubby arrogant cockney prick and an arrogant sausage roll munching scouse twat.

Club up for sale, 1.8m of debt caused by the chubby arrogant one.

The most embarrassing side I've ever seen us put out. Watch the defending for the goals today. My budgie has better positional awareness than Scott Harrison and Louis Lang, and he's only got one leg.

Merry fucking Christmas you pack of bastards.

Another injury time goal conceded to leave us sharing the points. Disappointed is an understatement. Tired legs at the end no doubt after playing extra time at Gateshead on Wednesday.

Strange to feel disappointed at only drawing against the team that put six past us earlier this season. Things are looking up.

Five away wins in a row after failing in our first 10 attempts this season. If the new manager can sort out our home form, we'll piss this tinpot battle for mid-table.

Our first point on plastic! With the way that 2nd half went happy to take that too. Top for Christmas; means absolutely nothing but better than not being top Christmas I guess!

Merry Christmas everyone.

It's not often I feel genuinely sorry for a club that I previously couldn't give two hoots about, but Jesus, it must be hard to be a Hartlepool fan at the moment. I hope things turn around for you lot.

We have a bunch of players that are utterly devoid of effort, a manager who is hopelessly out of his depth and a naive board who thought throwing money at us this season would trigger success,

I don't know how they have the balls to walk around the pitch at the end clapping the fans, I'd be embarrassed if I was a professional player who keeps putting in performances like that every week.

If Harrison has anything about him he'd resign tonight.
