Like Rooney, he was hit and miss last season - scored an incredible overhead kick in the last home game of last season and it seemed to rejuvenate him. A key player this season, usually playing left in a front three, and scored a screamer again on Tuesday. Still only young as well, so should kick on into the League.

Saw Kay on Tuesday against us, he had a decent game and smashed in a screamer I to the top corner looks like a quality player.

I dont think Wrexham will go down, there is as much a chance of a strong finish and play off challenge IMHO.
PaddyPower has them 18/1 to go down (Moors are 12/1), if these odds from oddschecker are still available though they look too juicy to turn down, perhaps the fans should all punt the mortgage on it if they go down then a new fan ownership, billionaire consortium could emerge.

Yep, I called it back in October. I don't really want them to go as their fans* deserve much better but the signs are all there.

*with the exception of one particular fan of course - Master 'tinpot this tinpot that' Debator.

now that the forum is back it seams like there is no point in doing a separate thread for just Eastleigh v Wrexham - so here goes;-

Eastleigh (13th) v Wrexham (bottom);-

Wrexham's away form is still dire - only 3 points all season (the next worse is Chorley on 10!) and Eastleigh's home form is reasonable W5 D5 L1 which suggests Wrexham will still be bottom at the end of the match as only a win will take them off bottom place;- However will Eastleigh have one eye on the FA Cup replay next week? Strangely I think Wrexham have more chance of beating Solihull at the weekend as they seam to save their best results for the top teams (7 points from 3 matches against Barrow, Bromley and Yeovil at home) and can't seam to beat many mid table (or lower) teams or anyone in fact away from home... Eastleigh should win - but with the cup game next week in mind i'm predicting a draw here tonight.
