Pretty obvious we’re going to get reffed out of it at Wrexham.

Expecting a tough game tomorrow, Woking have made a decent start. JMD will no doubt score a worldie.

A tight 2-1 win

Mullin (pen) and a Hyde header for us

Must win for Notts even at this early stage. No garden fence but we need to be winning today.
It would be very much a game we'd lose last season.
I have BTTS on my bet in this but im going for 2-1 Notts.

Not in most leagues but in this one there is only one automatic promotion spot available so you can’t afford to drop points anywhere, specially with less games to be played due to fewer teams.

Think people are forgetting the year Mansfield went up with Kiddy a close second. It's still possible to go up after bad starts.

Both finished on over 90 points with the stags only winning 9 of the first 23 games and Kiddy only winning 8 with no win in their first 10.

Yes dropping points is not good with only one automatic, but calling games must win after only 4 games is a bit extreme.

Even more recently this time two years ago Barrow were in the relegation spots with just 7 points from 9 games before they PPG’d their way to promotion. Will I be disappointed if we don’t win? Yep. Will I think it’s season over? Nope.

We're celebrating a hundred years at The Shay today. It seems a lot longer then that. :ffs:

There'll be an old codger there who played against Spurs in the FA Cup at The Shay in 1953- 37,000 there. THIRTY. SEVEN. THOUSAND. If your record attendance is less than that, you support a Mickey Mouse club. Just saying.:ds:

We'll never get the ref on our side. The refs love to give it the big one against the Welsh. Fact of life.

Paul Marsden is down as being the ref for today. One of the worst I've ever seen at this level. He was quite incredibly promoted to L2 games but has funnily enough found himself back down here since last season. He's only reffed 1 match so far this season, so he'll be itching to get winding the crowd up from minute 1 and let everyone know that he's the star of the show.

8000 fans expecting a win, it's got disaster written all over today. You can smell it in the air this morning.

Sounds like we're taking about 400-500 to Torquay today, bit less than I was hoping for but I guess it is a right mission.

Similar numbers of Notts at Weymouth seemingly, perhaps a few more with it being a new ground. A ridiculously difficult place to get to on the train, I was on the 5:48 this morning. Going to be delirious by kick-off.

Know loads staying there tonight, all the hotels were booked up early because of a combination of Notts fans, a yacht regatta and a seafood festival. Be a laugh in town tonight, deck shoes everywhere.

We've got that trip on my birthday weekend so definitely gonna be doing it that by train so cheers for the headsup. Love the idea of a load of yacht regatta types and Notts fans rubbing shoulders.

My train was cancelled so I got an extra hour in bed this morning but I went back to sleep and kept having dreams about the trains being cancelled so I had to keep checking my phone as I had an email saying I could get on the next train but in dreamland all the trains to Torquay were cancelled. Really surreal, so I just got up.

I’m tempted to go to Torquay but not sure if I’ll get there on time if I left now.

Mmm I know, B2TF can I borrow your car please as that did 100 miles in about 20 minutes when you went to Wrexham.

King’s Lynn away and it’s Live on the telly box for you lucky folk. Anyone been there yet and is there beer in the away end? Looks like they’ve barely got an away end, not sure if it will be segregated mind not heard it is. Hopefully we have one back from injury to look better than last week and continue our good start.

Sorry can't help on the beer situation and surprised there hasn't been someone from Southend or Chesterfield on to comment on the poor viewing from the away section - basically a corner terrace (only covered on the side section) with a very low gradient on the steps. Behind the goal not too bad and with very few visiting fans expected I think you will be able to pick and choose your spot.

Think this might be closer than some will expect, defence starting to gel and we have some forward options which wasn't the case when Chesterfield visited, so think we will be good for a point at least.

Jack Clarke is a huge loss - far better player than Mandeville who flatters to deceive but has improved under Rowe.

Hoping for an away win - but don’t think it’ll be a cricket score. Would like to see Danny Rowe get on the scoresheet. 1 goal for him so far which was a penalty - disappointing really from a top earner.

I didn’t realise Moussa Diarra still played for Woking.

3-0 Wrexham.

He's terrible isn't he? Big and gangly and spends all game trying to wrestle opposition forwards.

Woking are a lot better than last year but we should have more than enough to make this comfortable if we keep playing as we are.

HT 1-0 to us and thoroughly deserved, bags of energy thoughout the team and good interplay. Stockport's passing has been shocking but that's due in no small measure to our intense pressing. Capped off by a great goal by Charlie.

1-0 up HT. Scored from our only decent ball in. Mullin assist. Davies had most of the box to himself to head home
Made a few half chances but lacking quality with the final ball. Could say the same both sides. Woking are a big side
Refs piss poor. Hopefully we push for a 2nd rather then defend the lead. Still expecting JMD to bang a worldie in for Woking

Red card for Stockport, clearly pulled back Tom Knowles. Joe proves he's the best Quigley in Stockport as he puts away the pen for his 5rh of the season. 2-0.

Horrific injury to Alty’s 14 here. You could hear the snap straight away, he’s on oxygen on the pitch as I’m typing this.

Fingers crossed for a speedy and full recovery.
