YES YES YES WE BLOODY DID IT
I was at the other end, but how the hell did Torquay not equalise? Looked a dead cert goal. Can't wait to see the highlights.

Wish more players had come over to the fans at the end. Considering how bad things have been, we've been incredibly patient and supportive. Some fans would have been howling abuse months ago.

Aldershot really don't like the first week or two of March, two years ago the other day since our 8-2 win against them.

Sorry shots fans but I need to cheer myself up somehow! :bg:

Going to be tough for Tranmere to catch up 7 points {incl gd] in the last 9 games
sutton have the tougher run in of the 3 i think
atm would still say macclesfield to win it.
Although after next Saturday at Dover i may change my mind :bg:

Well, Woking are a bit wonky aren't they. Can we play them every week? Oh and Woking fans, telling away fans how well their team played isn't the quite done thing and merely confirms your utter Tinpottieness. Pro-Tip: Real football fans throw rocks when their team loses. Cheers suckers. :bdick:

I think Sutton defo have the easiest run in. I'd actually make them slight favourites right now.

Our run-in
Maidstone (a)
Chester (h)
Maidenhead (a)
Bromley (h)
Fylde (a)
Halifax (a)
Hartlepool (h)
Ebbsfleet (a)
Aldershot (h)

Not an overly difficult run-in, looking at the fixtures I think we can and perhaps should be winning our home games. Fylde aside, away from home there isn't to much to fear (although we'll drop points at Ebbsfleet, and maybe Maidenhead as that is written into law almost)

Macc's game in hand is a massive advantage plus you have points on the board
See because we've no idea when that game in hand will be played (nor the Gateshead game that will need rearranging from 24th due to FAT) they could end up being really high pressure games. Especially if you go too when we have yet another free Saturday in a couple of weeks.

We have Dover, B Wood and Ebbsfleet all away who are play off chasing too.

We have to play 5 of the 7 teams we've lost to (other 2 are Sutton and Fylde) in our remaining games. Not sure if that means anything but there you go.

I thought the Maidstone game had been rearranged for 21 March, the Borehamwood game 10 April which leaves the Gateshead game

Must have missed the Maidstone game being sorted. Is that a Wednesday? Can't see Gateshead being any earlier than 17th April now, thing is they've got other games to rearrange as well so hopefully we can be firm and not be dictated to when they're played like Askey touched on in his post match interview yesterday.

Yes Wednesday, which, gives us a days extra rest after Dover and no game to worry about on the following Saturday.

Why’s Bignot wearing a jacket 3 sizes too small for him? Didn’t even think that would be possible.

Not pretty but job done again and Wedgbury bossed it. Can't be a better all-action midfielder in the league than him.

Looking at Chester's remaining fixtures, they are going down.

The good news for Chester is we are going there next week, so its a guaranteed 3 points for them, as it always is!

Wedgebury Poor mans Norburn.

As for the game that was terrible and Chester really should have punished that weak 10-15 minutes from Wrexham after half time. A bit of quality from Quigley and laziness from the Chester right back playing Deverdics on enough though. They’ll finish bottom.

Given your recent results at Aldershot and Rovers, that should be an easy 9 points then!

Wedgebury had a terrible game at Prenton Park, managing to get himself sent off in the first half, but probably the best home player in the reverse fixture. I'd say he's more of a Harris than a Norburn, a player with bags of energy.

He's the best we've had in that mould since Harris in his peak. Not the shot to bits version of Harris that is around these days.

Sexy footbaal on the deck like
Get in there Wrecsam!

Lovely strike from Devs like, momentum took him aal the way from left back to get in that box and notch with the aplomb of Rivellino. In fact, ave aalways said that if Devsy wos alive in 1970, he'd easily get in that Brazil side. The stats show that.

And me man Quigaz! A've made his career like, if it weren't for me he'd be workin as a snake milker and he knaas that like, he said to us on the phone.

A still divvant rate that Keates though, like. He's one of them tried and tested managaz who's neva eva done anythin. He's on the circuit but that's aal he'll be like, anotha one of them journeyman chancaz gannin from one job to the next, probs see him doon at Porthmadog soon enough like. A knaa his type and it neva eva ends well. But the fans, totes mint like. I cannit wait to gan to the Racecourse and get started when Keatesy inevitably knackaz up coz he's won nowt and he doesn't knaa how to like. Got nee badgaz and nee idea.

Edit.
Dawson much better secon half
He's awful, so costly always giving the ball away. Only played because as expected Dover crocked Roberts in midweek.

Game went as expected and predicted earlier in the thread.
