Very poor performance from Chorley in a goalless draw at home to Peterboro Sports looked disjointed, lacked width and appetite for the game, on this sort of form we will fall away from the play off contenders very quickly, awful display.

We’re usually terrible at Leamington and have an awful record there but in the first half last night we blitzed them. Not sure where this sudden turnaround has come from but more of it please.

Had one of the worst away records in the division a few weeks ago and now all of a sudden we’ve won three of them on the spin scoring 11 goals in the process.

Connor Woods has also been added to the squad from Warrington, although it seems like the whole world knows and has opinion about that anyway.

Connor Woods has rare things at this level. His first touch and ability to go past a player are at least a couple of levels higher than this. He does disappear when he gets in a mood, and also lacks awareness of a final pass, but when he glides past defenders and shoots he makes it look easy. How he left us never sat easily, stamping his feet after being recalled from a loan at Warrington, and his form this season appears underwhelming including 3 games against us where he did nothing. He also rarely tracked back for us when playing in a wide right position, and that caused us problems when he wasn't firing at the other end. If you get it right with him he could be something special, but no-one has got it consistently right so far.

The news that we were signing Connor has had a very positive affect on the other forwards, they are definitely fighting to keep their place’s in the side and scoring goals galore. The motivation for Connor will be if he doesn’t do the business he’s going to be warming the bench so I’m looking forward to see how it works out.

We've sold Caton to Accrington after they triggered a clause in his contract.

Bit surprised, not convinced he's EFL standard, at this point in his career at least. He's a good lad and has scored goals though, albeit in gluts.

Watching the highlights I noticed that the grass had been cut. Every time I went there previously the grass was long and impossible to play football on. Paul Halloran gave the most honest interview of a heavily defeated manager and said he was grateful to get away with 4-1. I think he is a fantastic manager for the Brakes. Always finds good payers from further down the pyramid.

The run of wins continues today with a win against Heath's anti-football. I wasn't there as just came out of hospital. Goals from Burke and Peers. We rarely beat these at home but thank God we did today. Up to third.

Burkey got us going. We all know he'll leave at some point, there's no doubt about that and the fee will be huge, probably a record breaker, but I just hope we can hold on to the Summer.

4 points separating top and 6th. Ridiculously tight league this season

Another awful home result for Curzon although the performance was good it just wasn’t to be.

I don’t expect a title challenge we are too poor at home for it just have to aim for top 7 then anything can happen

Manager of the Month curse strikes for Watson. Very poor performance. 17 days without a game obviously left them rusty. Have to be a lot better Tuesday night at Kidderminster.

Another very poor performance from Chorley, sad to say butcan only see us sliding down the table to mid table mediocrity. We are lacking strength, can't score and are slow at the back it's all gone pear shaped.

Rumours this morning a couple of Scunny Directors want to sell out to the “My Football Club” Crowd who owned Ebbsfleet United for a bit.

Bounced back with a brilliant performance to beat league leaders Kidderminster. Restricted them to very little. Rare occurrence in that the 11 who started also finished. On that basis, expect changes for Curzon on Saturday.

On paper a good draw away at in form Darlington but with them down to 10 men most of that second half and us being away it’s a big chance missed.

Only one win in last five now

Another dismal goalless draw for Chorley at Southport. Two mediocre teams creating nothing in a bore draw. See Chorley sliding into mid table mediocrity Southport already there and won't climb the table.

Dan Mooney loving football again, at somewhere he likes (been here before) is a joy to behold at this level. Forget that Boston nonsense.

Another new signing Fin Roberts, on loan from Crewe was the star today though. Scott Burgess also added to the squad.

I like what we're doing at the moment, strengthening well, at the right time.

A fair assessment. We knocked the ball around well but created little, you got the ball out wide and put crosses in but created little. We are hamstrung by Bentley's insistence on us playing 5 at the back, even at home against sides who look like they are there for the taking like yourselves.

That's hard to grasp, the way you took us apart earlier in the season. And we're a difficult team to beat so you must have something about you.

We'll be happier with the point than you are.

Terrible biased ref and Spencer is a shithouse.

Other than that you play good football and had us stretched when we were down to 10 men. I thought we weren't going to hang on but we did.

Unfortunately we have had a crop of injuries, I think at one point we had 7 regulars out and all with lengthy recovery periods, it is easing now but still missing key players. We just aren't performing and don't look like scoring.

Similar to us at the start of the season, many injuries to key players.
