Brown rice is ace. White is just a flavourless mush in comparison. Black is probs better than brown actually but messy to cook. Water ends up like Ribena, staining everything.

Weighing everything up - nutrition, taste, texture, mess - brown is tops for me.

Has to be true Asian brown rice, though. I only eat Cambodian brown rice sown in a former killing field by a reformed member of the Khmer Rouge. None of this muck they have at Tesco.
