Parkinson and a few Wrexham fans are incredibly strange.

I said earlier it was a penalty and red card, but the lad who put the ball in was offside.

Just go off whatever's convenient for you though.
Ah, the old I'm beaten on that one so I'll invent an earlier" offence" that nobody else saw, and hang my hat on that, strategy. :fl:

Fuck sake where have you come from? so if we'd have scored you'd would have scored six goals? not sure I follow your logic there. Did you just decide to go easy on us because the pen was saved?

Maidenhead and County Away and Yeovil at home. In each of these games we've had an early red card and they are 3 of our 5 losses this season. Im sensing a pattern.
There's a couple of them who have cropped up from nowhere now their biggest result in decades has been managed.

We lost, can we just accept it and move on please. Notts are a good side and we'd have no doubt lost anyway even with 11, it's what we do in these sort of games.

Plus Parkinson has always been a weird man. His interviews are always rather creepy.

Fwiw I think Notts deserved it over the balance of the game, and for everyone but us Wrexham fans it was no doubt a good game to watch.

I'm still going to argue the toss when I think a decision has gone wrongfully against us though.

He is a bit creepy, it's that quiet voice. He seems like a hard man to warm to.

You're the only supporter of an opposition apart from shambolic Barnet on the first day who's said we're decent.
We are hard to beat at the moment and improving.

I couldn't go to the game but listened on the radio.
Sounded a pretty good game for a neutral.
Will have to watch the highlights back as seemed packed with controversial moments but we still lost whether the decisions were poor or correct.

I said you were decent at our place to be fair.

More impressive than yesterday in my view, but I think we showed a decent enough account of ourselves with 10 men.

Poor discipline?

One thing you have to commend us for is our brotherly conduct.

Poor discipline?

I suppose. We are a bit niggly. The red card at Maidenhead was poor discipline (by Mullin although Hosannah was originally sent off which sort of suggests the referee didn't see anything). I haven't seen the red from yesterday but seems Lennon handled it on the line which isn't really a discipline issue, just instinct (although stupid and annoying). MacAlindens red came from play acting by the Yeovil player making the most of a little bit of a rash challenge. He's a bit knees and elbows though so it's more a
physiology issue than discipline.

We are 11th in the disciplinary table so about average.

Love how these post match deliberations always start out in faux mutual admiration but soon degenerate into snipes, slights and snubs when someone or other decides that their side isn't being given its due respect. Just done all of this with Chesterfield :fl:

You might get a better welcome if you aren't calling people strange from the off.

We all Grimsby aren't we? Cod Army!
I'm just hoping we put on a better show than the last time we were on tv. Yeovil away is up there with Kiddy in the cup as our worst performances of the season.

Enjoy your fucking sofa chuck, leave it to the REAL fans to support the team, like you always do. :ds:

Funny how we can view two games so differently - I very much enjoyed the point at your place, but was a bit disappointed in us that night really. Thought we were pretty dour and boring, if solid. Yesterday was much more what we’re about - I thought you played well with ten men too going forward and Mullin was superb, but we created an absolute fuck-load of clear chances in the second half. It was great fun.

I did think we were pretty fortunate to go in ahead at half-time though and kept leaving ourselves open to the counter but you couldn’t get the final ball right for Mullin. Penalty out of the blue aside, though, the second half was one-way traffic IMO.

I think it's hard to judge your performance too well yesterday as you were only up against 10 men for the majority. Our home point against you was easily our best home performance of the season that I've seen (I wasn't at Bromley) yet I thought you were good value for the point. Wootton's goal was a peach too.

I suspect we'll both be well up there coming season end, may even face each other yet again.

Wait till they start accusing you of having multiple accounts. They get quite paranoid in here.
