Uh, not looking forward to this. Could be a cricket score. God knows what the team will be as Zenga likes to make 10 changes every game.

Prediction: 5-1 home win. Hopefully we might have more luck in the cup game against them a few days later.

Yeah i think we're on a bit of a roll at the minute so it would be nice to keep that momentum up to be honest.

I'd be disappointed if we didn't take all 3 points considering we actually rested players for the mid week game.

We haven't conceded since the Reading game now which puts it at over 470 minutes so im hoping for a 2-0 perhaps.

I don't know what Rafa's attitude to the cups is going to be so I think it'll be an interesting team selection considering he seems to have rotated in every single game this season.

Small number of them. Fools the lot of 'em. Win some you lose some. Wolves deserved it by a mile - still 3rd, on to the next.

Superb result for Wolves and just shows how open the division is probably going to be

Listened to both matches this week, against Barnsley we had a lot of the ball but did nothing and deservedly lost, today seemed to be a flip round with us playing the tactically astute team role this time. After about 15-20 mins we had a scramble and should have scored but hit the bar, and I just got a Molineux style vibe about the Sport's direct super Arena crowd who couldn't seem to muster any support whilst their team was looking nervy.

Very pleased, I said to a Newcastle friend before the game that this is shaping up to one one of the seasons where I think we do significantly better away from home because we can play in a totally different way.

Typical Championship that. Wolves get hammered at home by Barnsley, and bounce back by winning at Newcastle. Ridiculous

Adam Virgo on the Ch5 mess of a show talking about how the Wolves players would have been treating it like a cup final looking forward to getting to play away at Newcastle. Between a loanee who started for Man Utd last year, two guys who were starting in Ligue 1 sides, Dave Edwards who despite his limiations was part of the 10/11 side that beat Man Utd, Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool all in a single league campaign and then a combination of wingers from either Benfica or Monaco, no one was giving a shit about playing Newcastle as anything other than a tough league game.

It's like the pundits think Newcastle are some super power that was wrongly put in this league, ala Juve when they were demoted but retained a number of classy top league players.

Adam Virgo is such a simpleton. You can see the gears working in his head how hard he has to struggle to try, and mostly fail, to string a sentence together

Newcastle like West Ham are always overhyped by the media as this super club with amazing fans etc etc. That's why it's so funny when they fall on their arse. Us forest and Leeds have fallen a lot harder than Newcastle ever have but we are not media darlings like Newcastle. I can't stand lee Hendrie he's such an annoying twat.

What a week! On Tuesday Wolves got a knockout at home against Barnsley whereas Newcastle destroyed QPR at Loftus Road. And now this! Brilliant. This League is really unpredictable

To be honest: Before the match I feared the worst for Wolves but, thankfully, Newcastle isn't Borussia Dortmund (who won 6-0 twice this week) ;)
