I’d estimate 170 Wealdstone at Needham Market today.

73 Dorking at Southend. Thought they made a really decent racket and certainly supported their side well.

Just 39 tickets of our 800 allocation left for our televised Boxing Day game.

800 in that small shitty away end at Bromley, that’s going to be a tight squeeze!

Be prepared for the Bromley bell-ends to celebrate all their goals in front of your fans in true tinpot bastard style.

I think 100 might be seats, if I remember our allocation correctly, but I could be wrong on that. I think we had 670 something there and it felt like it was getting towards full.

Some absolutely fuming Wrexham fans on Twitter at not getting a ticket for it. I reckon you’ve massively fucked up by just leaving it to us to sell them when we told you the allocation, surely the club must’ve known there was massive demand for it? We always sell away tickets to members/season ticket holders first even when we’re never going to sell out.
Our PLO reporting today that NC have cancelled significant numbers of tickets bought in the home end bought my Wrexham fans.
He has also raised the ticketing policy with his counterpart in Nottingham although it seems there had been no response as yet.
All seems a bit daft as it's NC losing the finance particularly when they have so much debt. We could have sold another 2000 tickets with ease

Bit baffling when they have that huge stand for away support. Wonder why they're being so stingy.

It’ll be the vaccine passports thing, we just don’t seem to want to say it. We could easily give you another 1,000 and still be fine on that though I reckon, so not sure why we haven’t.

I would bite the bullet and do it btw, I’m not sure it would even reach 10k and if it did it would be good practice. We’ve still got Grimsby and Ches coming up which will get similar numbers of away fans and bigger home turnouts, plus the possibility of play-off games which we surely wouldn’t want to limit to 10k.

Yeah that was my thinking, home sales don't appear to be moving very quickly. You'd probably need to give us 4000 to even hit the 10000 mark.

They won’t move very quickly. Absolutely no one buys tickets for Notts home games any time in advance because you just don’t need to with us having so much space. I don’t have a season ticket, as an example, and it would never occur to me to get my ticket for a home game any earlier than the day before it (and that early just to save two quid). This effect will be even bigger for this game because there’s such a high possibility it doesn’t even happen. The only seats showing as sold in the home ends will be season tickets.

I imagine there’ll be somewhere around 6,500-7,000 home fans, although it’s very hard to tell in the current climate with so many people having to isolate etc. I can see why we’d want to limit you to say 2,500 to be cautious, but 1,500 is being unnecessarily careful.

Notts just need to get the COVID passes sorted out if their issue is to do with a handful of matches that may or may not exceed 10k followings. From a financial sense, it's alright for the smaller tightly ran ships in the division to be restricting attendances but with it coming to light that you've been hemorrhaging money you can't be affording to turn away thousands of away fans.

I don’t know why we are that worried tbh. The vast majority of adults are vaccinated now and you have to show your phone to in with your ticket barcode on anyway. Or just bring along a negative LFT. I would have thought the amount of home fans put off by it would easily be offset by the tickets bought by Wrexham fans. Perhaps we are worried about when we play some tinpotter who brings 40 fans though, I dunno.

I don’t know the rules inside out, but would the way it works with safety groups mean we’d have to put it in place for all games? If there’s a simple way we can get it organised for Wrexham/Grimsby/Chesterfield but not have to bother for the other games that are clearly not getting near 10k, we should do that.

Yes, that’s probably where the problem lies. You likely can’t pick and choose.

I doubt the Danes have got some kind of moral opposition to Covid passes haha, we’ll be doing whatever is most cost effective.

COVID passes should be very low cost for venues as they scan in on an NHS app. So if you've got scanners already to scan QR codes then you're good to go as far as I'm aware.

1366 at Gloucester today, no segregation so difficult to tell but didn't look many Leamington. Not even the usual array of flags. Maybe 20 to 30?
