We're massive
Yeah Southend trump us for impressiveness as well for me, we had our new owner bounce before a ball had been kicked and started like a rocket. They were in turmoil and started terribly. It's annoying that them coming to us and vice versa has been BT'd to two Friday night matches as we'd have seen decent numbers in the away end at both games on a Saturday at 3PM.Southend’s is the most impressive considering how bad they’ve been. Stockport’s is quite low considering they’ve had big followings at Notts and Altrincham to bump it up. Ours is very consistent, nothing particularly big, but never anything lower than about 350 either.
Can't wait to see these portaloos for myselfApparently you've sold 600 for tonight which I think is not far off the most we've had all season
Our followings South or Nottingham have been poor and I think that's down to 6 years playing regional football. First season back was curtailed and obviously no crowds last season so we're still getting back into the swing of the long away trips. Think we could take a few to Barnet this Saturday though.Southend’s is the most impressive considering how bad they’ve been. Cheers Jacob, when I saw us above yourselves, I was quite surprised as I consider yourselves and bigger club than us and doing well. However the one thing I don't think anyone can knock us for is after 3 years of complete garbage on the pitch and a complete shambles off it, the loyalty of our fans to the cause is highly commendable especially with yet another poor start. Thanks also for your thoughts SoC, especially remembering this is a mixed team board and not an own club forum, where it is much easier to get a backslap from fellow posters.Southend’s is the most impressive considering how bad they’ve been. wtf. its what u take away. what's all this other bolloxRight, it's been a while hasn't it? Finally got round to updating the latest average away attendance figures, as well as the weighted away attendance figures. For those who don't know, I base the away attendance figures off the distance that one team would have to travel by car to get to the opposition's ground. In theory, if every game was played 100 miles away, this would be that team's average away following.
Since the last update, we have a new sheriff in town with Wrexham going ahead on average attendances, although Grimsby still reign superior in the weighted average table. As an extra, Wrexham have the highest single attendance this season with the 1992 they brought to Notts County, and Solihull have the lowest with the 10 (approx) they brought to Dover. Grimsby's effort away at Woking ranks as the most impressive weighted attendance, and Maidenhead's effort at Barnet ranks as the least.
I am also still missing figures for the following games:
Bromley v Yeovil
Eastleigh v Solihull
Weymouth v Woking
Woking v Bromley
Average Away Attendance:

Just wondered how it can be anything other then the number you actually take away?Bit odd that a Pompey fan has chimed in on non-league away followings innit? Haha.
No official figures through from Aldershot yet, but over 450 Shrimpers for sure.
