And apart from 1 or 2 who thought it was OK to push and shove kids a decent enough bunch. Poor decision on our part not to segregate
We do have one or two that spoil the party occasionally I'm afraid. They normally only come out for the local games. Sad, because generally we're an easy-going friendly bunch.

It was only 1 or 2. Tranmere fans are some of the friendliest in the league I've found otherwise

Tranmere last season pulled in more.

Right you are.

*The division. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves, though I can understand your confusion after the wide-eyed wonder you must have felt after visiting Orient a couple of weeks ago.

Almost as wide open as Orient fans excessive celebration of beating Sutton.

518 at Alfreton. I'd say the 18 plus another 100 would have been from Boston at an estimate

I agree a pathetic attempt by myself. As pathetic as the excessive celebrations amongst Leyton Orient supporters when their team of full-time professionals beat a team of part-timers at home

Will never beat chesters on pitch celebration when they drew 0-0 at our place, it was cringeworthy... i wouldnt be suprised if they didnt do a lap of honour after drawing the second half today

I was in a crowd of 3000+ for a Conference South game at the Gallagher. A beautiful night (Sutton won 2-1)

About 550 Tranmere fans at Sutton enjoying a good win
In the good old days before segregation was standard.

573 Orient in a 3,225 crowd at the Gallagher. Think that’s the fourth record attendance we’ve gifted the peasants this season (Bromley, Maidenhead, Haringey, Maidstone [plus Boringwood’s record league attendance]).

Plus half a dozen or so watching for free from in the trees.

Apparently a fair few showed up expecting to be able to pay on the day and got turned away :bl:

Did think it was a strange decision to not segregate considering how many of us there were. But as you say it was only a minority from both sides looking to create an issue. I'd say 550 seems a fair estimate, not bad for a 5 hour trip two days before christmas.

Every year Chester fans celebrate a famous draw they got against us.

A strange breed.

We had about 550 at Sutton last season and that wasn't segregated so I assume its just that they don't segregate any games.

It’s one of the those grounds where it seems pretty difficult to segregate. Reminds me of when we made the amazing decision not to segregate about 300 Grimsby fans a few years ago and they all decided to go behind the goal.

We've segregated only a few times since promotion. If we don't think they'll be any issues we don't bother

Segregation at GGL is pretty simple. You get the Park End goal and part of the main stand. There's a set of turnstiles in the park

1950 tickets sold for our Boxing day trip to Gateshead, they've since changed their minds and allowed us to pay on the day as well which is a weird decision to make a few days before, pretty much an open invitation for the divvies to turn up.

Gonna be ugly if/when we get tanked

Segregation seemed pretty simple when we went there. We had a set of turnstiles to ourselves, one end and half the main stand. Facilities weren’t fit for purpose for a large crowd, but that’s to be expected I guess.

1,500 odd at Fylde. Didn't go, but I reckon about 50 or so made the trip. Perhaps Fyldefan could give us an official figure.

Clubs segregating and not giving figures... ;)
