Wilkin's biggest mistake was keeping on too many of last seasons failed players, the likes of Ashton, Harris, Bishop and Clarke just don't have the fight in them anymore. They clearly have a big influence in the dressing room as well which is creating a bad atmosphere. He's made some quality signings, but completely ignored areas that we desperately need new players for such as a creative midfielder, a left winger and a left back.

Part of me wants him to stay and let him address these issues and have a big clear out in the summer, but I feel it may be too late if we keep him on and we'll be playing the likes of Colwyn Bay and North Ferriby United next season.
