Derry was bang out of order yesterday, he needs to learn a bit of class. That said we increased our lead at the top so its onwards and upwards.
Why? A young passionate manager who got lost in the moment of a last minute equaliser away at top of the league who just also happen to be local 'rivals'. Besides, he did apologise in his post match interview anyway.

Thought it lacked quality often yesterday but both teams definitely up for the battle. Shame to concede so late but extended our lead so it matters not in the grand scheme of things.
Found it odd that the Cambridge fans were so silent for 90 mins as if they didn't care for the game, then after they scored (understandably) went so mental, after the game also (hilariously) loved it so much also.

Not bothered about Derry tbh. Not like anything was riding on the game, that being said don't think cambridge have enough to make the playoffs.

I think Derry has learnt a bit from Wycombe when grinding out results and I couldn't care less if opposite fans moan about it, especially if we pick up points away from home at Orient, Plymouth and now Northampton.

I've seen Cobblers crying about our play acting but let's be honest, Collins should have walked and then I believe we'd have gone on to win the game. Overall we nicked a draw but we don't have enough to break into the play offs. As long as the season doesn't fizzle out and we're almost in touching distance it will keep the season reasonably exciting.

The big thing for us is what we do in the summer recruitment wise. Derry has stated he's made his mind up on 50% of the current squad for next season with the other still fighting for new deals. We smashed our budget on some very average players and he needs to move them out - Mark Roberts, Jeff Hughes, Keith Keane, Danny Carr and Elliot Omozusi.

Have a clear out and recruit well and we'll give it a right good go next season.

Was his celebration anywhere near as spectacular as Di Canio's at Sixfields a couple of seasons ago?
He ran the length of the field and jumped into the crowd...brilliant...

Didn't even notice it - like the rest of us. We were too busy celebrating with a rejuvenated Jumping Josh Flash.

Nowhere near di canios. People were annoyed because Derry faced the west stand also and celebrated after he ran past wilder, as I say i didn't care.

It was di canios weaving around our players that was so hilarious!

And on the drive home Di Canio on Radio Northampton, "I would-a like-a to apologis-a for-a ma actions"
