Massive win for stalybridge away at Scarborough today, turned it about in last 3 minutes 1down in 87th minute and 2-1 by 90 minutes.

and a massive 3 minutes there for Scarborough because they have sacked their management team tonight after leaking them goals.......seems harsh as they had a decent season,

Scarborough Athletic have sacked manager Steve Kittrick and his assistant Chris Bolder.

Kittrick was appointed in January 2016 and led them to promotion to the EVO-STIK League Premier Division for the 2018/19 campaign.

Steve Roberts will take charge of first team affairs at the Flamingo Land Stadium in the interim period with support from members of the current squad.

Lee Sinnott has be sacked at Gaisnbrough following a string of poor results culminating in last nights 5-0 home defeat to Farsley Celtic. He spen exactly a year in charge having been appointed on February 13th 2018.

Gainsborough Trinity have won four in a row since they dismissed Lee Sinnott, and they now sit in pole position for fifth place in the table.

Wonder when the league is gonna make NFU stuff official........as yet Stalybridge officially are playing NFU but we all know unofficially it’s off (stalybridge are frantically trying to organise something for financial support because this match being off means they have had no home match for near two months)

We have little time left are points being added or lost..........they had this similar farce years ago affecting a 3 way promotion battle Workington were in

hoping farsley keep top spot and gain the title, i don't want South shields to steal and unearned title by fact they were too sh*te to be unable to beat NFU on 2 occasions and thus gained a big advantage when they folded..... if shields win it hope its by 4 points or more.

it would be utterly irconic though for Farsley who about 10 years ago also were f*cked out of a title by Spennymoor going bust with about 10 games left......on that occasion bizarrly they gave clubs left to play spenny 3 points each giving Hyde the title and workington the play-off promotion..........this time they removed points (the correct move)

massive game tuesday for stalybridge, they have been shocking for last 4 odd months and bar an odd shock result here and there would be in deep sh*t, but only 9 points off safety and could yet be caught (but very doubtful)

Scarborough have fallen of a cliff, around Xmas they were title contenders now they look like comfortably missing out on the play offs.

A good win for my local side Nantwich, it looks pretty nailed on for the playoffs for them but probably a tricky away tie.

Scarborough Athletic have appointed John Deacey as their new manager.

His last role was as joint manager at Farsley Celtic, helping them to promotion to the EVO-STIK League Premier Division in 2017.

another 'thriller in Manila' at the bridge.

a team that looks so incapable of scoring that you could remove the opposition goalkeeper for the last 5 months of staly home games and probably would have been fine.

they are just lucky they may scrape it due to enough other inept sides.

Workington's decision to sign up all of the 'talent' in the Furness Premier League seems to have backfired. What division will they be in when they move to their 8,000-seat stadium?

Can't be bad a new stadium. I think they'll drop into the EVO-STIK East Division? I know Colwyn Bay are leaving the West division, then again who knows with the league structure could be anyone of them. I see they got beat again tonight they look in serious trouble.

staly in desperate trouble now, but have been complete crap since october so lucky to still be out of it in my view.

only 3 points off drop zone and now 8 defeats and 1 win in last 9 games and that 1 win was a lucky last 5 minutes.

should have sacked manager long ago and just brought flanagan in short-term to steady ship

with Warrington and hyde among their last 3 games they are in deep deep trouble.

BigDave is our reserve keeper Paddy Wharton getting any game time and playing a part in the Stalybridge debacle?

hes been playing most of the last half of the season and certainly playing in all this bad run but isn't really anything at fault for the terrible run.

a manager trying to play hoof ball with zero height or strength and a board who cut costs 2 months ago thinking they were safe to suddenly find themselves in a dogfight with no players who can shoot, cross or pass is more the issue. just an incredibly toothless side with zero chance of scoring most games.
