In all honesty, the title would be nothing more than a cherry on top of the icing on the cake.

Promotion was 99% of the goal. Just to get back to the championship is enough for all of us. As much as we are undoubtedly the best team right now (since those January signings), I’m of the view that the 46 game table doesn’t lie and for that if Plymouth win Sunday then they are absolutely worthy champions.

Cheers for this Oaksey. A great comp. I appreciate the huge effort of running something like this but hopefully we go again next season and I’d absolutely be up for defending my title.

Best of luck to Luton in the playoffs. One of my regular customers in the betting industry is a Luton fan and he’s a great bloke. He’s happy to be there but thinks it’s a lottery. Will watch with interest.
