thanks mowgli...had a trapped nerve in my neck/shoulder for 2 weeks now,got a physio appointment in october...
its been very painful and cant get comfortable day or night....painkillers dont seem to work....but hey,thats the price of getting old buddy....

I've had more than my fair share of shoulder/neck pain - (esp. trapped nerves and frozen shoulders) so you have my sympathy, as I can fully understand the pain and discomfort you're going through. Hopefully, physiotherapy will work out for you and you'll feel much better.
