There is apparently more conclusive evidence from our analysts video I've been told, but I very much doubt it will see the light of day. The difficult thing with all appeals is not the evidence, but getting the official to admit he was wrong, something I am very much not holding my breath over.

If that's the case and Murphy simulated someone kicking him then it should be Murphy suspended, just have to wait and see what the outcome is.

As I said, I don't think the issue is whether Will kicked him or not as I definitely saw some form of movement, but if or not the video proves it was violent conduct enough to get the ref to say he was wrong, which undoubtedly, he won't. As for Murphy being suspended, not interested as you would end up with half the National League suspended every week if we are going down that road.

Yep, looks like some form of contact but not exactly a full-on assault. Also, while Murphy stayed down it wasn't quite the rolling and screaming some have claimed, as I recall anyhow. So bit shit but par for the course IMO.

Don't like playacting but everyone does it these days, you just gotta be a smart enough not to give them the chance.

The second game should be interesting. If both teams keep 11 men on the pitch and attack there could be a lot of goals and some added needle from the Evans/Murphy incident.

Appeal binned off, as I knew it would be.
