Can't recall ever being at home when we are on the tele - and we always get stuffed.
Cambridge last year - Port Vale the year before
No doubt we could have egg on our faces again next weekend but heres hoping for hattricks from Danny Hylton and Kemar Roofe

Here's an intriguing one.

We already have 2 our squad away plaing U-21 internationals - both for the ROI.
Today our 2nd choice Goalkeepr - Max Crocombe- was called up by the NZ squad.

With 3 away on international duty - can be get the match postponed.

Drawing a blank here - who has been called up for ROI?

Assume O'Dowda is one.

Would we stand to lose any money from Sky? I'd probably be up for it regardless, good way of letting other clubs know we're too big for this tinpot league.

We have one on U21 duty on Friday, but I think he'll be available

Don't care how many have been called up. Clubs in this division should have big enough squads to cope unless they want to be known as a Tinpot outfit.

Quite happy that the one game I miss from holiday is one that is televised so will be watching abroad. I think we might struggle though. 1-0 Oxford in a mirror image of the Northampton game.

The lads will be eager to prove what we're all about after a disappointing collective performance at Orient, so I think we'll see a big response. That's not to say Oxford are going to get turned over - they've made an unbeaten start to the season for a reason - but I do fancy us on our own patch.

We'll definitely miss Leadbitter at RWB, but I am interested to see how young Adam Drury fits in on that side. I think Darrell will start him and, fingers crossed, he will prove himself to be a good player.

In fact I learned this morning we currently have the longest unbeaten run in the football league. Have not lost since March 21st.

Long may it reign. Please.

I watched Rovers in the play off final, and on that evidence we will win.

Having said that, we are terrible when we're on TV, but I would hope that this group of players are above that type of superstition, leave that to us fans. We will miss O'Dowda a lot, and I hope this doesn't mean Roofe gets pushed out wide where he is less effective? Without wishing to sound arrogant I think this is Rover's biggest test yet and will also be a good test of our credentials.

A well poised game, either 2-0 Oxford or if Rovers score first, a tight 1-1.

Roofe is out wide. Frustrating.

You're rating your chances against Rovers on just last seasons play off final? Very odd reasoning to say the least.

No. But as it's the only game I've seen them play in two years it would be stupid to ignore it. What do you suggest I do? Rely on Internet forum gossip instead?

Probably base us on this season not last. Also, you think you're more of a test than playing orient away who hadn't conceded at home and won all 4 games?

Get over yourself

Not at all mate but surely it's better to go on current form in League 2 than a play off final which are mostly tense and dull.?

Can't agree with that being a red card. It's a clumsy yellow but he doesn't deserve to get sent off for that

See that Sercombe still hasn't learnt how to tackle.

Typical lower league referees. He got the 2nd yellow right though. Stupid challenge to make being on a yellow

That's an unstoppable goal. Frustrating as we've been well on top
