Just interested in how other teams have fared so far - for and against.

We’ve not been awarded any nor given one away - although that may just be down to jettisoning Olly Lancashire!

Could be wrong but think we’ve had one all season in the league which was five minutes into the season at Colchester! (Had one in the Carabao first round too)

We’ve had four against that a recall two of which (Mansfield and Bradford) were laughable decisions and Brown saved the Newport one.

With Pope rarely starting I couldn’t even tell you who our taker would be which shows how few we get!

We seem to have had loads this season.

Norris scored one against Cambridge and then one against Northampton two home games running in August. We scored all five in the shoot-out at Crystal Palace, scored four out of five in the shoot-out against Tottenham, Nouble scored one against Stevenage and then he missed one at Crewe. We also scored five from seven against Tottenham U21s in the Trophy.

So four awarded in the league, scoring three, plus three separate penalty shoot-outs to make it 21 penalties taken all in all.

Think we’ve had five. Most of them caused by James Brophy being too fast (either for defenders or his own feet).

We've conceded 3, 2 of which were saved Vs Orient and Colchester. The other scored by Cambridge which was the worst decision I think I've seen at a football match. There has been alot made on social media about the research that we put into penalties. I'm sure most clubs do the same but I've seen pictures of our keepers water bottle with where the opposition players are likely to go, it seems to have worked well this season with two shoot out wins aswell.

We've only been awarded one, scored by Porter at Oldham.

We’ve had a few, noticeably more than previous seasons.

You all need Big John for these penalties.

Didn't win them, but scored 11 out of 12 I think. We probably got 15 or so last season.

We've had 5 this season, Rose has taken 3 and scored all of his, Knowles taken 1 and scored and Maynard had one saved.

We've been in 2 penalty shoot outs already and lost both with some atrocious pens taken in both

Everyone seemed to kick and trip up Andrade IIRC, although Anderson also got taken out a fair few times as well.

Akinde missed one at Notts, but I'm pretty sure he ended up with 17 goals and only 5 from open play with Rhead and Green also scoring penalties.

Dave Bamber, was a expert in getting penalties, you just had to breath on him in the penalty box, and he would go down, and the way he fell was a art form, he would just crumble and flop down as if he been shot, in the movie world he would have won many a oscar !
Macari knew, with Bamber in the side he was guaranteed to get a pen, dont know exact figures , but in the couple of years he was with us , Bamber must have earnt us 14 or 15 goals.

Funnily enough I was just thinking the other week that we were yet to concede a penalty in the league all season and then we go and concede one in our last two games v Orient and Cambridge. (1 scored 1 saved)
I think we’ve been awarded four so far (3 scored 1 saved)

I can remember just 1 penalty so far, against Salford at home. Dom Telford scored it.

Peter Wright gave us TWO penalties in ONE game v Crawley, which is unheard of for us.

I am a big fan of his work and would be delighted to welcome him back to referee us again any time.

Oh yes forgot that one. Even better/worst depending on how you look at it. Giving away 4 isn't great but to save 3 out of 4 is very impressive.

1 or 3 depending on how you look at it.

1 loss in a recognised game against morecambe.

2 losses in the non-professional games in that under 21 thingy or whatever it is that doesn’t count
