Player/young player of the season (For your club)

Our POTY's will be pretty tight i would imagine. Senior's will be between Rhys Taylor, George Pilkington, Scott Barrow, Paul Turnbull, Chris Holroyd and maybe Waide Fairhurst. Taylor or Pilks for me.

Young player can only really be between Alex Grant and Paul Lewis. Grant all day for me, great to see a young lad come in from a premier league club (Stoke) and give everything to the cause every week. Would be more than happy to see him back here again next season but i'd imagine he'll go out to a league club next year. Lewis has bee decent enough too, but still very raw.

Oh and goal of the season has to be Fairhurst away at Kiddie, on the volley from near half way. Be very surprised if that isn't in the top 3 across the whole league. His 40 yard screamer at home vs. Chester should make a final shortlist too!!

I'm sure earlier this season Lincoln fans didn't rate Farman at all and wanted him out and were annoyed he had another year left. Did I imagine that?

The only one the fans voted for was POTS. APOTS was voted for by the travel section.

But, yeah, Farman didn't play that much last season due to Townsend and before that he was costing us points with indecisiveness and dropping clangers.

Fair play to him, though, because when he came back from his loan spell at Boston and Townsend was refused permission to play in the FA Cup, he took his chance and has looked a different player this season. David Preece, our GK coach, has done well with him and I think he also picked up bits and pieces from Townsend.
