Dare I actually get my hopes high for that Spiderman game? I've been waiting for another proper superhero game to come out post-Arkham games... those games showed that it wasn't just possible to make good super hero games, but it was possible to make genuine game of the year contender standard super hero games. With a developer like Insomniac behind them, this Spiderman game has every chance of being superb. Funnily enough, prior to the Arkham games, I always considered Spiderman 2 on the PS2 to be the best super hero game out there... this should blow that away, hopefully.

NBA 2k16 took an age to download. Worth the wait though. Liking the new MyCareer mode and the defensive controls have improved massively on 2k15. My only gripe is that you can't transfer unused VC from 2k15.

Be playing a lot of MyPark once I get into it. Playing with a work colleague and his bro so if anyone fancies some games feel free to add me (craig83buck) as we will usually have enough for 3v3.

Any one know if the Dead Rising Bundle is worth a go. I'm tempted by it but don't know much about the games, I just liked Frank in UMvC3

Got PS VR yesterday and I bloody love it.

For a split second I was surprised that somebody on here actually bought a PS VR, then I realised that it was Cas and the surprise disappeared because Cas buys EVERYTHING.

Considering it myself. I've been very impressed with my Gear VR... just not really sure that there's anything really worth playing on it yet.

PS VR is really awesome, Oaf. Plenty of games out there but they're all fairly similar. Couple of exceptions such as Here They Lie.

Yeah, my problem is that while I don't doubt that it's a pretty significant upgrade from my Gear VR... I've already had that initial "wow" period with VR, so unless there's something really worth playing on it, I don't think I can justify that price right now. I'll just wait for the price to drop... or for Xmas

Just buy DR2 (about £3 from your local CEX) and skip the others. They're all the same game. Fun game, mind!

Just looking into the backwards compatability issue with the PS4, as I only have a handful of PS3 games, but dont necessarily want to keep hold of my PS3 if I can still play the old games. Says most if the games I own are available on Playstation Now. I know there is a monthly fee, but are the games you can play unlimited once you've paid for it?

Also, I have a few PS1 games downloaded onto my PS3 from the PSN. Are they still playable the way the backwards compatible arcade games on Xbox are?

yeah all games are unlimited on ps now, some good classics on there, not sure about the ps1 games though, although I think the original res evil is on ps now so I bet others are too

That sounds decent really. £12 a month sounds like a lot, but if it's totally unlimited, that's not a bad deal at all. already read too that I can use cloud storage to access my save games so I'm not starting again.

seems cheap to me, but this morning I was feeling nostalgic, so I went to CEX in leeds to buy a snes and some old Yoshi island and Mario games, £30 a game!!!!!!!! fuck retro! I nearly cried

Oh yeah, dont even get started on the retro stuff! Thats why I stick to emulators for true retro games. The SNES especially, all your absolute classics cost a fortune.

There is actually a website called Retro Achievements, which has modified Mega Drive, Game Boy and SNES emulators, so you can collect Xbox/ PS style achievements, which is quite good. Some of them are absolutely fiendish in difficulty too. I have however 100%ed Super Mario World! There probably isnt a game created I know more about (and even then the achievements list introduced me to some things on that game I never had a clue existed!)
